Opioids How much water to use for 15 Ibuprofen/codeine?

Well in the case of these codeine pills, using 3-5ml per pill would be fine because their is no caffeine and ibuprofen is still very insoluble in this amount of water . And you are going to get a larger yield of codeine, most likely .

Short answer, no. Depends how long you have been using 250ml and at what rate. Still I would argue, that you would be pretty much safe...the Ibuprofen affects the kidneys more my man. Next time use less water...2-3ml per tablet.

I used to CWE wrong for a while....I used to squeeze 72 Ibuprofen + Codeine tablets in a tshirt, letting a SHITLOAD of Ibuprofen through. I have since been to multiple check ups after switching to APAP and pure opiates. Claimed I was a hardcore drinker and wanted Kidneys checked each time. Kidneys were fine. So was the liver.

I have been using 250 ml, is this bad? Have I fucked my liver?

Well yeah it's going to be bad if you use enough water to dissolve the undesirable active ingredient. It defeats the whole purpose of the cold water extraction. You should cut wayyyyy back, for 15 pills you should be using no more than 50mL, you won't need more than 3mL per pill.
