There are plenty of food items that are lactose-free, can be liquified, and have a high-caloric value. Avocados come to mind instantly, as do coconuts.yeah but when your lactose intolerant liquid calories are harder to come by and soy milks just gross
A4, why do you use SCO for smoothies? Why not rolled oats as they're easier to digest raw?
