How much do you chew your food?

yeah but when your lactose intolerant liquid calories are harder to come by and soy milks just gross
There are plenty of food items that are lactose-free, can be liquified, and have a high-caloric value. Avocados come to mind instantly, as do coconuts.

A4, why do you use SCO for smoothies? Why not rolled oats as they're easier to digest raw?

^You also cannot forget about nut milks like almond milk. Almond milk is apparently very simple to make but I have never personally done it before. Hemp milk is also pretty tasty. Protein shakes+what has been suggested are also very good suggestions. Lactose intolerant people really are not that limited in food selection if they just research alternatives to dairy.

I was only talking about high calorie foods. Yeah, almond milk is easy to make, but it's not high calorie. At least not the ones in the store that I've seen, with a whopping 40 calories a glass. :P
