There should be a "used to" option
You can still vote yes, because you used to, and you could again in the future (whether or not you plan to or want to or actually end up doing so).
I think the people who say "no" are "no, never have, never will" type people. Of course some of those people
could go onto inject months/years or even a decade or two down the line. You never know.
I agree since I fall into that category, but it would just throw off the statistic and users cant change their answers.
The admins can't manually have a single person's vote discarded so they can vote again? I'd think there would be a way.
I know in polls the admin can set a single vote to equal more than one vote (I saw this and lol'd hard about it when I saw one of the polls I started in testing grounds had like millions of votes)... so maybe each person who would want to switch from "yes" or "no" to "I used to", could do so by having the admin vote that # of times for the # of people who wish to switch.
IMO when there's a will, there's a way. I wouldn't mind the poll being expanded to have a "I used to", that would be really cool and probably a bit inspiring to the people like me who want to quit (the needle/IVing in general) but are finding it very difficult.
I hear that.
Worst mistake of my life touching that shit with that ROA. Not sure what's worse.. that or trying dope... I do know that I don't obsess and fiend H like I do IV coke though. It's the devil.
That's real interesting, because I didn't find IV base/crack/cocaine that interesting (and I have gotten top notch quality base and cocaine in the past). Meth and heroin, much different story.
At least, that's just how it effected me. I have a lot more self control over using hard drugs than I used to. I turned down heroin (being offered to me, for free nonetheless) several times in 2012, which is something I thought I would never be able to do after having gotten addicted.
I think if you work really hard to making good changes in your life, like anything in your life that needs changing, especially the non-drug related things, then it becomes easier to have greater self control. I don't know why, but I get that feeling as I have experienced this myself (I've done a lot for myself this year, and am noticing greater self control, ability to say no to heroin even if offered for free, etc. and I feel that it's connected to all the good things I have done to improve my life this year).
So the only thing I really wanted to say as advice, is to keep your chin up, keep doing your best in everything as much as possible, and hopefully you'll notice more self control like I have over time. You can always PM me if you want to brother.
