how many lobes do i take to npt with draw

Hey Bob congrats to moving up to a BD mod.

As for the OP's question, that is some bad grammar or you are wasted trying to type. I would assume loperamide is what is being referred to here. Well no one knows what your habit is and people have pretty variable experiences with the efectiveness of loperamide's ability to work as a opiate agonist...so answering the supposed question is basically impossible. I would suggest against it anyway, because if it works you are likely just trading one addiction for another.

How much lope you want to take comes down to the size of your habit. Just some really rough estimations for dosing:

Small opiate habit: 10-20 mg
Medium habit: 20-40 mg
Large habit: 40-100 mg

So you have a basis for what I consider a small-large habit:
Small; Capable of getting a good high from 30mg oxy
Medium; Needs 60+mg oxy to feel anything
Large; Needs 100+mg oxy or a bag of H to feel anything

You should find a way to effectively time bowel movements between doses, or the morn before dose. You won't be going to the bathroom when on the loperamide. Even if you have a large habit, I would start at 20-30mg range just to see if it does the trick before you take anymore. I have experience taking up to 40mg. I've heard that it's fairly safe to dose more, but I can't say from personal experience. You want to use the Lope for one week at the most. You can get addicted to it as well. May want to taper down on last few days.

My poor grammar was from holding my child while typing . My apologies
But yes loperamide is what I was refering to in my orginal post .
I would say it would be considered a small opiate to medium .
I only asked cause it was something I heard and I wasnt sure . I would want to be safe non the less hence forth why I posted in BL being a harm reduction site .
Thank you for all the information I grately appreciate it . Im still not to sure if I want to take the lopermide as since this is my second day .

It would help to give an exact dose, like a couple 30 mg roxis a day is not worth messing around with something like loperamide. You could consider taking 10-20 mg to help with the GI symptoms and it might help relieve some of the symptoms, I did around 14 mg once while w/d'ing from around 120 mg of oxycodone per day and it didn't seem to do much, maybe it helped a very little, like the withdrawal went from a 7 to 6.5 and I managed to get 20 minutes of sleep, but that was about it. I was hesitant to take a massive dose like some say works to completely relieve w/d. I think you should really consider trying Suboxone, maybe a short term taper, before you mess around with loperamide. I know the lope is so convenient since you can just get it OTC, but don't let that be the deciding factor in how you get yourself healthy.

And please don't take the grammar criticism personally, I just like to break balls. I'd see you write like a 6 year old and pay more attention to the kid than drop them.

I may be weird but I have gotten relief from a dose as low as 6mg. I wouldn't just start with 20 mg it has a long half life so there's no harm in slowly upping the dose as needed

I was taking like 3 roxis 30s a day . But now I only do one roxie 30 a day. I dont think it would really be worth it to me unless I cant sleep . Ive been smoking alot of bud to help with it . It seems to be working so far . I just wanted to know if it was worth it . Thats why I said small to medium opaite use cause Ive been weening myself ya know

If you do choose to use them don't go over 20 mg, I could see there being a danger in actually getting a high (though its unusual, there is the risk), which is not what you are looking for. Taking 10-20 mg and then doing a rapid taper off them after the first 5 days, once you start to feel better....that s route you could take. As I said, I had a similar habit, maybe a little bigger and as kicking cold turkey. One night I tried (I believe) 14 mg of loperamide. I believe it provided some relief, but no much. I really don't suffer ofrm the GI issues in w/d either, I don't have much cramping or constant runs. The lope seemed to allow me about 20-30 mins of sleep, maybe it was from placebo effect, idk. But I was hesitant to take more than that, there isn't much done in studies conducted on massive doses of that stuff, just to try to force enough thru the blood brain barrier to acheive an opiate high. I can say I have read some bad things that suggest it could lead to brain disease issues like Parkinson's disease.

When I kicked habits like that cold turkey I would suck it up for as long as possible and then hit a urgent care or doctors office and both times I did this I was Rx'd 20 mg of Ativan. With that, some good bud (no shit swag, I prefer a nice chill strain while in w/d, Some med grade stuff that is less likely to increase anxiety levels), then maybe 2-3 beers and I would be able to eat a full meal and sleep around 4-6 hours for the first time in 2+ nights. After that it was all pretty easy ime, The Ativan and bud helped, plus a few beers to help initiiate sleep. Because with a habit like that you can get some with benzos and maybe some other sleep aides to help. Just don't get addicted to benzos afterwards, hence wh Dr's on'y precribe 20 mg of a weak one like Ativan, and though its weak it ha worked well for me in w/d better than heavie doses of klonopin that I have used, which I couldn't understand. And I've used valium too and it didn't do much but drop my blood presure real low.
