Ok, I've heard two different ideas about water being detected, I just want to make sure I don't mess up. Some people say to not drink too much water the day of your test because it's too dilute and you won't pass your test because it's too clear, they can tell.
2nd idea - (This is the idea I like) - I feel better with this idea-
Drink as much water as you can the night before the test, and drink as much as you can several hours before your test. If you take Vitamin B12 all the time, then it's going to color your urine.
Now because there are 2 different ideas, I wanted to know how do they know if your piss is too dilute? Is it just the color? if it's just the color I can just take B12 pills and drinks tons of water and feel like I have a better chance of passing. I just want to make sure that they can't detect the water from the test can they? too much water won't come up on the test is it? This might sound like a stupid question, but I don't wanna mess up so I'm just making sure. I'm guessing that they are just checking for drugs in the liquid, they aren't checking for water, and they can only tell if it's too much water visually. I could be wrong, don't know.
