How is the weather where you are today?

Absolute hell in Spain and Portugal.
8 days over 40 Celsius, some places reached 47, 44 in my hometown. Nights over 25
Imposible to sleep. 370 deaths in Spain this week Lot of forestal fires.

Shit is going North to central Europe and Uk,
Just hope for it doesn't last as long nor being as crazy as here

It’s gonna be hot. 90. Bleh. That’s not how it’s supposed to be here.

It's 36C here today, or 96,8F - hotter than I can remember it's ever been here (Sweden).

I remember attending a four day Grateful Dead set of concerts at Alpine Valley 1989. It was in the middle of a 10 day wave of days that were over 100 F in a row. It was like living in hell during the day...

We're only forecast for 89 F today, I can do that standing on my head.

Jesus Christ. I can't imagine being at a concert in 100F! And as it was Grateful Dead, I imagine a lot of people were on LSD. Must feel like you're literally melting away.

Where do you live, CK?

Yeah many tripping folks, myself included.
Now I live in Chicago, the concert was in Wisconsin in the countryside.

Seems to be hot everywhere. It was hot and humid here today, well above average for this time of year but nothing extravagant like what's been happening in Europe. I didn't have any trouble going for a fast-paced bike ride in the evening.

Very hot in the NE US. One thing I always find interesting is right now at night it is quiet. The first half of Summer is missing the crickets and other chirps at night. In a few weeks it will be all crickets at night till the Fall. Like a switch gets flipped for the second half of Summer.
