Smoking on bowls of some very dank Blue Dream, 8mgs of Alprazolam and Cocaine but the yay has wore off so i am going into benzo mode now.

Believe it or not but I just found out that another friend Hung himself. His wife ran into me at the store and she told me that he had done it 4 months ago. Fuck man. I found out one killed himself Wednesday nite, then another like 2 hours ago. Been in and out of blackouts
 
I'm pretty god damn high. Haven't taken ADHD meds since 2010 and haven't take d-amp/adderall in probaly over a decade but I got my doc to write me 15mg 2X per day. I've been binging cuz, well, I've never had a stim high cuz I always took non narcotics or prescribed doses and actually have ADHD. I still have 25 saved out cuz I'm gonna take 1 a day (just for an 8 hour work shift) and I have 17 pills left for recreational use. After this tho in gonna just take my prescribed dose (the 1st 15 in the am) and if it helps mauve I just will abuse them once or twice a month.
Anyways I've had

142 mgs of d-Amp (all plugged except like 30mgs)
4mg etizolam (was 3 bout to be 4)
Tons of bong hits. Smoked all my super fire weed and now I'm smoking the opposite end of the spectrum.. "Mids". Better then none.
4mg suboxone (1mg sublingual 3mg plugged)
Chain smoking cigs because of the addys. I haven't taken any add meds since 2010 and they weren't narcotic. Fucking concerta. Now I'm just wondering how I did 140 mgs of adderall and have no bad side effects but damn I can't stop chatting or talking. Ha. Is there sorta like a permanent tolerance, or could it be cuz I have ADHD and have been on narcotic and non narcotic amps since like 2nd grade till 2 years after I graduated h.s. In 2008. I've been on them for more then half my life if I added it up.

I'm gonna stop talking before this becomes a tweaker post. Lol
 
Feelin' good. 15mg of oxy since I got home and a nice bowl of pre98 bubba.
Got 3.5g of shatter on the way. About to be really stoned. Took a week off dabbing except for one sesh.
 
Just smashed 9 mg Hydromorphone + a point of some dynamite blow in one go.... Im used to garbage cocaine so it's a roller coaster ride when I get the good stuff!

Also drinking beer, smoking joints and cigs.

Been two LONG weeks since my last speedball. IV opiates alone isn't the same anymore....
 
Feeling good from about .4 of dope I've done over the past 6 hours. Also threw a little bit of white in there for a speedball.

I can't get used to this though as I've really got to get settled back to my bupe in the next day or two.

Passed out from too much accumulated fatigue and den GABAs. Woke up to two phonecalls from family/friends. Just popped awee bit more val and gonna have one more pint can before I hit the sack later. Gonna wake up early to make my apt look nice for company hehe. I think I work 4 tens next week (schedule changes all the time) so this weekend's gotta be enjoyable. Maxin out and listening to Mr. Projectile rite now :)

Do you think there is a synergy between dope and coke> Or do you think they cancel each other out? Pretty much 95% of needle bangers (and those who just smoke/snort) that I've met use them separately, first coke then dope to come down. They think that doing them together simultaneously will cance eachother out, and therefore be a waste. But like I said, the majority of those that I've met that use both, use them separately, particularely opiates to down from cocaine's dreadful withdrawal. .

I for one am very aware of the synergy, since my first use. Cocaine can make me anxious, and is sometimes definitely overwhelming on the heart... especially when IV'd. I only use once a week since getting my life together, but today, over the course of a few hours I shot about 16 mg hydromorphone and close to a half gram of some good quality coke (which is a rarity in my area, so i had to stock up). I feel absolutely no comedown from cocaine, no cravings, but if i were to use JUST cocaine alone, without opiates, the night would be totally sub par.. and i'd end up wasting all my money chasing that coke rush, because the comedown is just so terrible and frightening.

The speedball is like a high of it's own. Add a few drinks, smokes and bong hits, and this, to me, is the most euphoric feeling possible, much like a hug from life itself. Not recommended, and I don't want to glorify, but shooting enough heroin to nod instantly, with enough coke to rocket you back into conscienceless is 100x better than an orgasm, and that sucks to. that!.with that completely incompareble rush of cocaine, the warm, comforting embrace of morphine coursing through your veins, the careless apathy of alcohol. the-leave-me-alone-and-give-me-10-minutes-of-silence-just-to-enjoy-this-bell ringer coke high can't be properly enjoyed without opiates, OR AT LEAST alcohol, weed or some kind of benzo/sedative.

totally not recommended. I don't use everyday anymore, but I don't think I could ever say a final and true farewell to the speedball.

Heh. I remember that feeling. Be careful.

In the end I only ever did speedballs. My wakeup was a speedball, which is stupid and dangerous (not that they're not stupid and dangerous in their own right). I remember how good it felt too, though. It's been a long time, but I still remember the face-melting, body-orgasm nirvana.
 
Drinking beer and doing laundry. Cloudy and kinda cold out, but im havin fun doin virtually nothin regardless.

Not high at all, and idk if I'm gonna have enough money to smoke on 420 :( I have like fifteen bucks to my name and I'm probably gonna spend around half of that on cigarettes and the rest on beer or wine seeing as i can't really get weed... Shit's pissing me off, I think I'm gonna take some restoril and have a drink.
