never mixed hydro and tapentadol, don't know whats gonna happen. I'm worried about one blocking the other or creating a dysphoric effect since tapentadol is a strange opioid, but it should be fun.

How bad did u feel when u switched from done to krstom? I've been considering getting on methadone for pain for a while but it seems like the type of drug u can't switch to a lesser opioid like subs or krstom easily with....is that true for u?











Well sorry for the late response I was out in the middle of no where working barely had cell service it was bad for a week! But my first three days wasn?t bad even tho I wanted to get high I wasn?t in wd at all just minor stuff lil chills and lil more urination but on my 5th day my arms started to hurt more and I was getting restless but I did jump from a higher mg then I should have I have a hard time weening down. Which I tell myself over and over again I?ll do it better next time. Well that next time might come up soon lol I?ll try and keep a report if it happens. I had to take a reg spoon full every 90 min for me to feel ok but I also work 12 hour shifts too! But this gave me energy and barely anything as far as wd. If I would have jumped at say under 30 mg I?m sure it would have been easier. I jumped at 100 mg a day then I took like 40 mg then 20 mg then jumped so I didn?t give myself time to come down properly!! Hope this helps
 
Took 15mg mirtazapine last night with 2 bowls of sativa (one being a gas mask!) and I couldn't get up off my couch. Felt like I smoked a bunch of wax.

Today is Kratom tea and lots of weed, with possibly some clonazepam if I can grab some.

Did 100mg Dexedrine in less than 24hrs (not much if any tolerance ) which I realize is quite a bit but after over a year of using it + having taken other amphetamines off and on for 11+yrs some of whichi strictly as prescribed but plenty abusing them (holy shit I just realized it’d been that long) so I know my limit and stop before I’m in actual danger. Anyway the 24hr mark was 4 or so hours ago and my last dose (just 5mg IR to try to make the crash easier) was 2hrs before that. Anyway I can’t comedown and wanna sleep pretty damn bad so I took the following 2-3hrs ago

4mg Klonopin
15mg temazepam
120mg codeine
300mg Lyrica

but instead of knocking me out or even slowing me down it did something I never had happen, it seemed to just bring back the Dex high back even stronger (and possibly with even more euphoria) I’d be happy normally but I kinda need to sleep + I don’t understand why this happened and I’ve done it many times in the past. Anyone know wtf is going on?

Not sure I can handle that lol did you see my super late respond you got question brother? I was in a very remote village here in Alaska had no cell service for a week was crazy!!! But I guess LSD would be ok at the games just not shrooms don’t like those anymore maybe some mescaline lol!! Opiates are always on deck!!!!
