Barely slept due to acid reflux..

OT: At around 1am I did my final shot of heroin, about 30 minutes before that I'd also sniffed a good amount. Then around 3am I took 80mg O-desmethyltramadol orally followed by another 60mg (my last O-DT) via IM ~30 minutes later. I don't know if it's just the O-DT that I'm feeling right now, or if the heroin is still active. I think it very well might be the latter. I am feeling properly opiated, a little too opiated for it to be only the O-DT. Feeling very good!

Whenever I light up a cigarette I start nodding again, heh. Pretty sweet! Gonna enjoy this to the fullest as soon It'll be back on the subs.

This is all just routine for me except dxm and epherdrine. I know they can cause false pisitives but i think im ok. I love this thread cause people be on like 10 things ive never even heard of.
