Had a few appointments and errands this morning, made some stops and back at the house now, with the rest of the day off. You know what time it is.

15mg methadone earlier, then two thc crispy wafers and two live resin lollipops, 260mg total. 1mg lorazepam sublingual earlier, been staggering gabapentin for a little while now too. Got an enormous 2kg tank of nitrous for a decent deal, but it's green and also it's St. Patrick's Day so valid. They also had little packets of mad honey, so I guess I'm trying that later lol. Also picked up a pint of Tito's vodka. Plenty of weed, more methadone, random comfort meds later, etc. Bet I fuckin' sleep tonight lol.

Feeling pretty damn good so far.

300 mg Tramadol
400 mg Pregabalin
10 mg Diazepam
300 mg Tilidin
100 mg caffeine
30 mg dxm
Nic patch + vape
I didn't plan on redosing really, but I guess I won't be able to save any as I'm running out of classic opioids (and quickly at this rate)
Anyway I was quite satisfied and plan on reducing them at my craving days by increasing the Pregabalin. .. I should not restock I guess...

I just realized its the 2-chloro analogue of temazepam or the N-methyl analogue of Lorazepam, or 3-hydroxy-diclazepam depending on which way you look at it… Any similarities to either of those?

@ions I'd take hexedrone IV over coke IV . I don't think there is anymore on the market, the hexen addicts went all mad I think. Woke up well with
5g green kratom
300mg gabapentin
15mg diazepam
Then
300mg gabapentin
5g Red kratom with energy drink + 50mg hydroxyzine
another gram or two of gaba during the afternoon and another 100mg hydroxyzine

A bit late but whats your experience with lormetazepam?

It reminds me a bit of lorazepam probably stronger. 2mg is nice for the afternoon, it lasts enough and kick well more sedative/hypnotic than diazepam. Very intersting but hard to be functionnal on those in my experience.

It was a nice, albeit foggy night, but i do remember this clearly: at one point, passing the doorway in the hall to an empty room, looking in, the faux wood grain on the snap laminate flooring was doing the fun house slideback and forth. There was also some breathing and color vibrancy so definitely psychedelic. Can't really comment on the mental space other than pleasant, I was on too much other shit lol. But very nice, and apparently the single sachet i ate was a VERY small dose.

Before lunch I had:

300 mg Pregabalin
5 mg Diazepam
25 mg Hydroxyzine
Felt a short come up, then there was nothing , I felt positively normal and then started to work in the garden with my mom, initial backpain faded quickly and I didn't even notice that I was bleeding until my mom said she had enough and I removed the broken glove... Sad but true there's nothing like Tram for physical work for me... Came in and saw my pupils quite big (6 hours after dosing,,), so added:
100 mg Tramadol ( found another blister I was hiding way back)
300 mg Tilidin (last blister reached),
5 mg Diazepam
I'm quite sleepy now when I sit calmly, but the high is still mild.
I hate wasting pills like that cuz I can't bring my tolerance down ...
But I'm likely gioing to keep doing it anyway Eventually I think I have to stick to either pills OR Kratom... Frankly speaking I'd prefer pills...

It's very fast (for oral XR) and short acting, but hits harder than Tramadol. That's why I use Tram as a base (long lasting) and when I want more I add Tilidin.

Would you say it's distinguishable from tramadol? I would personally categorize mu/delta opioid PAMs I've used as [tapentadol, tramadol, mitragyna alks, opiates, tianeptine], all 5 of those groups feel pretty unique. I am thoroughly convinced that I could disinguish tapentadol from tramadol from mitragynine from morphine from tianeptine, though I have yet to actually configure a blinded test to see if that's something I could genuinely distinguish.

Well I could certainly make out the difference between Tapentadol and anything else. Tramadol probably as well... Tilidin is standing out less for me. I don't think I can really characterize it...

@Esperighanto : Ok, so today I paid attention and Tilidin without added Benzos ( but with Pregabalin) really works like speed for me. I'm motivated, positive and I finished cutting the outer part of our hedge, which is quite a bit of work. I'm actually proud of myself ... And I'm probably better off without benzos when I have stuff to do...
Edit: Tram works very similar, but it's a lot more in the head... How to explain that... It feels like pressure inside the skull ... Tilidin doesn't do that, so it feels a bit cleaner if that makes sense...
