4mg alprazolam
120mg oxycodone
140mg methadone

The oxy euphoria is a little 'muted' by the methadone, I think tomorrow and the day(s) after zeh oxy will be more fun.
I think I'll stop redosing for now, perhaps add 12mg bromazepam, definitely add 25mg hydroxyzine. And enjoy the feels! :)

(disclaimer: Don't try taking doses like these unless your tolerance is very, very big. Only methacodone has my blessing to take this combo should he want to. =D No one else though, seriously, you'd die.)
 
In regards to the BTH question (which btw thanks for all the helpful answers) I think P2C pointed out my smoking faults. My tooter was most definitely in the wrong place and my angle was off.

I'm interested in that pill mixing technique though, I bet that would go even better with a tram or other pain pill haha. I wanna give that a try if I can't get smoking down (which I think I can manage to work out now with this new info). I had my straw basically the opposite place of of where it was supposed to be lol...that explains a lot.

But yeah in general BTH is a pain in the ass to work with, especially when you get it in a plastic bag. I'm just gonna get some ECP (#4?) next time if I decide I want more. For the price of some decent powder I could get a handful of methadone 10s though...decisions.

High as a damn kite, gonna keep that H for my next day off as I'm gonna have to stick to the pharma dope for a bit. Rough week and I don't wanna add Heroin madness to it. Also buprenorphine and amphetamines are great.

Shit! How I miss bromazepam!! I find that Methadone potentiates other potent and quicker acting opiates only at doses below 40mg or so. Anything more and it definitely seems to detract rather than add, for me. I set my dose at 120mg 'done a day precisely to cockblock myself from other opiates, as I can't afford the breakthrough doses.

Breakfast: 120mg Methadone, 2mg Klonopin, 20mg hydroxyzine, 3-4 smoked bowls of mid grade cannabis.

Lunch was some smoked crystal of extremely high quality, just really butt-hurt I couldn't get a rig and had to smoke it.

I'm thinking it's time to kill that last hit of crys and then move on to my last 4mg of clonazepam in short order. Herbs to follow, perhaps a brew, perhaps not.
 
After breakfast:
140 mg Metadone
20 mg Ketobemidone IV and 30 mg Ketobemidone as suppositories
2 mg Clonazepam
10 mg Diazepam
350 mg Pregabalin
30 mg Dexamphetamine (The clock is just about to reach 07.00 and my day started 3 hours ago)
~30 mg Ketamine (so small a dose that my scale start being of 5-10 mg)

I am feeling a nice euphoria after the IV Ketobemidone, I just took this about 30 minuts ago, hopefully the plugged Ketobemidone and the Methadone will potentiate each other when the injected Ketobemidone start to wear off. It is nice that I can feel euphoria from my Ketogan despite the Methadone.

I have some Fentanyl patches left (50mcg/hour and 75mcg/hour) but to be honest I can't really tell if the Fentanyl blocks the Methadone, the other way around, or what's the fuss. I do like the continuous release each hour of Fentanyl - or maybe it's more the thought about it.
Have anyone tried both taking Methadone and having a Fentanyl patch on? What are your thoughts about it? Is it a waste that is not worth it considering the risks involved?
(HARM REDUCTION NOTE: Do NOT take Methadone while having a Fentanyl patch on unless you have an insane tolerance for opiats. Even though I have taken these amounts for years now, the patch and the accumulation of Fentanyl can worry me. In my opinoin, the only place Fentanyl should be used is at hospices and hospitals (Oh the Hypocrisy of me saying this)).
 
About a g of pure crystal more blunts then I can remember and a bean and cheese burrito with hot cheetos on top lol.

And that my friend is how you do it lol. Not today but two summers ago I had a friend drop 15 hits of good needle point up my nose while I did a headstand. Then I preceded to blast
off for the first time in the sheerwood forest. Good time lol ended the evening snorting about .25 g of ketastet out of my beat friends nose. Long weekend but worth the ride. And that was just the. First day of four believe it or not I split a sheet of some fire with another brother have pictures for proof and we smoked about two ounces of the whitest DMT I've ever seen. Sorry had to share float on my friend

And I must say after that burrito I'm feeling higher then giraffe pussy. And ready for some sleep

Haha was at a four day festival in Colorado and my brother went to the car and fell asleep she we found him and put 5 hits in between his cheek and teeth and walked away. He found us an hour later of course and said thank you. Beat part was he didn't even ask if we did it just flew upon us and said thanks and then was gone again

Agreed, but I had taken the 'done in the morning, and only got the oxy in the afternoon. Otherwise I'd have dosed my methadone accordingly. ;)

OT: Just woke up, still a lil drowsey from yesterday. Gonna relax until I feel like dosing oxy & a benzo (& hydroxyzine).

Try? Lol my user name is METHACODONE, Ive used 'done and Oxy combined more than any other combo of drugs. Its def my favorite combo.. Specifically 90mg Oxy 60mg 'done, by far my favorite dosage levels. Add benzos and antihestanines and youll be golden.

Why are you taking zopiclone, just curious. Doesn't heroin make you drowsy, nodding and all that.

I must admit you've always had such an amazing stash of everything you need. I remember having access to opiates for a long period of time, but it was only limited to one or two of them. It sounds like you have a trustable dealer.

I have also used promethazine to enhance / potentiate benzos and opiates but I missed the itching.

Try what? I'm not sure which post of mine you're referring to. :D

The 'don't try taking these doses' was directed at everyone, except you. As I stated right afterwards. :D If that's the post you mean.. ;)

OT: 80mg oxy, 1mg alprazolam (about to add 2mg more) & gonna add 25mg hydroxyzine too. Might up that to 50mg once the extra 2mg alprazolam & the first dose of 25mg hydroxyzine has kicked in)

aha its cool Erikman don't worry
technically i didn't sleep last night so i'm counting everything i took from around half twelve at night to the current time of twenty past eleven now
but heroin doesnt really make me nod anymore unless i drink or combine it with another downer, either that or i start pining it regularly and i don't wanna do that
 
I just came home from work. Only a half-day and then vacation next week :)

I am about to add this to what I took this morning:
10 mg Ketobemidone IV
160 mg OxyContin
150 mg Pregabalin
30 mg Dexamphetamine
30 mg Ketamine

Last time I refilled my stash with injectable Ketobemidone I noticed that the date of expiration on all the boxes is this year. I am not sure, but I do not think that the national health system buy and use injectable Ketobemidone any more. Atleast you cannot get a prescription and pick it up at pharmacies, so the only remaining place that might use it is hospitals and places with end of life care. But usually, when things is at use in hospitals, you can - in theory - get it on prescription in pharmacies. So there is a real possibility that "my" injectable Ketobemidone access is finite, which makes me sad. The effects is so unique, no other injectable opiats is like Ketobemidone.

But atleast it provides me with a reason to use it more sparingly. I have been using it too often after I took the first injection recently. The other day when I was doing cocaine I really thought about taking some cocaine IV and I have not had this thought in a long time, so it is due to the IV Ketobemidone use.
I try to uphold a rule where the only thing I take IV is pharmaceutical drugs meant for IV. But during the hight of my addiction I injected cocaine everyday together with either morphine, oxycodone or fentanyl and IV cocaine is one of THE things that can make me loose control.

OT: so far only 80mg oxy today, 25mg hydroxyzine & 3mg aprazolam. About to get a little higher. ;)

Ketobemidone is on your bucket list, and Oxymorphone is on my bucket list. I am jealous on the Americans in that regard.
But we have to appreciate what we have, and I appreciate Ketobemidone very much :) Even if I will not get more injectable Ketobemidone than I currently have access to, I have to appreciate that I will have continuous access to oral Ketobemidone.
Is hydroxyzine and similiar antihistamines still OTC in Belgium? Just last year most of them became prescription medicine in Denmark.
 
Diphenhydramine is OTC, hydroxyzine is not. Dimenhydrate is OTC too, as well as promethazine if I'm not mistaken.

It's just hydroxyzine that's Rx only.. (Ofc they had to make the best antihistamine potentiator Rx only :|)
 
Have had a nice can of Heineken (I noticed the low alcohol percentage) - but being at our work's get together - usually on last Fridays of the month, it's worth a while. Especially because I've never been really into alcohol as the next day is always andu usually quite depressing and unpleasant. Nevertheless, I'm feeling good. Feels like taking a good nap now. I'm killing for some nicotine right now.

promethazine was also made Rx last year. That was my favorite. Diphenhydramine is OTC though, do you feel like that is potentiating methadone? And do you take it at the same time as you take the Methadone?
