i plugged 3 days worth (700mg morphine passed through) of cottons and have a nice boost to the buzz i had going before waking up from my nod just before, after dinner.

tis complimenting the episodes of breaking bad im viewing despite it being an opiate n not meth.

10mg Baclofen - any more would cause the bad side effect I get from it. More isn't nessecsry though. Just tickling the gaba receptor in absence of Lyrica.

10mg methadone - my pain doc won't increase my Lyrica dose from 150mg a day. I needed 300mg a day for adequate relief... at least. Looks like I'll be filling the gap between refills with opioids. I just stopped taking them 5 or so days ago easily being on lyrica. Will be using kratom to fill the gap. Today was just a test run without lyrica. I'm not upset since I was easily able to drop my minor opioid dependency instantly after taking lyrica. My RLS is reallllly bad. Damn bloddy hell without any medicine for it. Hurts a lot for RLS--it's been getting worse and worse as my other problems had me basically stuck in bed all the time.
45mg dxm to potentiate methadone

Cannabis incoming later. I feel pretty decent atm, no pain or discomfort at all. That's rare! Typically it's just partial relief. The methadone is really effective after being off opioids for 'bout a week.

P.S. I really like the title this time around. No It's 'Hi, How Are You?'

high as a fucking kite man. shot a fatty, then took two adderall 30mg tabs, did another, smaller shot as the adderall hit, and lit doob. i feel fan-fucking-tastic.
 
^you n i both, man. i just found an extra 25mg of valium i had stashee for whatever reason so it went straight down the hatch. its taken effect and am teetering between nodding in n out one minute, then well awake the next.

might be time for a triple strength coffee with no methamphetamine available nor in my posession :(
 
A bit stoned, hungover, and buzzed, not the best. Working as a dishwasher really bums me out sometimes
 
.5mg etizolam and weed.

i've been finding etizolam to be weaker than other -diazepines. it is still useful though. i took a little tonight because i need to get to bed at a reasonable hour haha. i might take the other .5mg i have left if i really need to later.

Got me another 40 for tomorrow morning baby! I love waking up to a fat ass line. Did s tiny little booster bump when I got it to satisfy the urge an now just chilling in bed with a rip in my lip feeling nice an comfy. Gonna sleep well tonight and tomorrow do my line and parents are taking me out for a steak lunch. Gonna be awesomeeeeee.
 
More Zaniflex and robotussin to potentiate the methadone from earlier
Went to pick up bud and chill / play 'battle shots'. Think the battleships game. With alcohol I guess I should clarify. You could IV a drug six times in about thirty min. Though that's not safe. Did some dabs for the first time... really low tolerance too.
Fucking stoned but I'm still hurting a bit.
 
Bent enough on diazepam, beer and some weed that my dumbass just dropped one of my last cannabis seeds on the floor and cannot find it for the life of me. The best (no name) strain I have on hand which makes it doubley disappointing. No idea why I thought starting new seedlings in this state was a good idea, but damn that is a motherfucker. lol
 
It's 10am here in the most beautiful city in the world - how else to wake up but a nice bloated crack rock, and then a speedball straight to the heart to smooth this breakfast party over? Pumped to watch football all afternoon - dem Pats is goin' down!

But either way, I've got enough cocaine and heroin here that in the end, whoever wins, whoever loses, I'll still be feeling like quite the winner today :)
