Just took 200mg tramadol since I've quit my low-opioid maintenance and have a clean slate. Just since I noticed I had 2 left from my 60 100mg ER tramadols. Ontop of my usual higher dose of lyrica/zanaflex. And this high grade cannabis. About to get 1mg of a Xanax bar (half) dropped off at my house.

p.s. the 100mg tram 24 hour ER's are much better than the regular 50mg ones I used to get. Same amount dosed with the ER ones gets about the same strength as with the regular omes. Just takes a bit for the dose builds and has a large buildup to a really long plateatu. Leading to a equal ride on the way down, all over 24 hours.


Balloons later, then stoned grocery shipping. Yeaah. That'll take me back to my times of drug use when I had an EBT card (foodstamps).

Just took 100mg of hydroxyzine, followed by 4mg of intranasal plain bupe, and about to put another 4mg under the tougne.

I actually really love the buzz straight bupe gives me, even more-so than oxy. It feels stronger and lasts for quite some time.
 
prob done around 800 - 1000 mgs of oxy today if I ad it up, sigh. I wish I were joking/lying.

Am noddy as fk now, gonna do one more line of 2 80 mgs OC's and try catch an early one. Also throwing in a mg of loprazolam jus now, always pleases.

127.5mg hydrocodone, 60mg temazepam, 225mg pregabalin/Lyrica, 6mg clonazepam, 750mg phenibut, 6mg melatonin, 6 valerian root pills.

Smoking lots of weed, laid back, relaxed, sedated, and adequately removed from reality for a while and very happy of it..

I hope like hell I am able to get that 3-meo-pcp I am trying to buy. I really need a dissociative. They are the best!
 
Oh how I'd like some pharmaceutical amps right now.

Just good bud + plenty of pregabalin, Zaniflex, and 1mg xanax to compliment the tramadol. Feeling like shit though. Went out to dinner with mom/uncle/grandma for the first time in a while. They were glad to see me, but sitting more than a few min realllllly makes me hurt bad. Had a nice pint of Hop Illusion or something. Was a good bitter hopy beer with little malt to balance it. Just how I like it. Had to leave early and go home after our beer/appetizer which was like 30-45min. Was hurting bad, my hips (over rotated), ass/lower back (I have no ass muscle - I basically sit on skin on bone), and muscles were killing me. Was a serious workout, going there and sitting, especially after grocery shopping with my mom earlier. That's the most physical activity I've done in a while. I was practically bedridden for a while now, still kinda am. Though I'm starting physical therapy next week.

I kinda gave in a bit. After taking extra Zaniflex for the pain and passing out for a while, woke up feeling the same. Decided to go out and get a bit of speed to cope. Stims reply mitigate my pain, and alter the perception of it, very well. The dopamine is king in killing chronic RLS too. Just a one time thing for now. Time to smoke up and keep reading Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.

I did ad it up and it was 1160 mgs fore the day at 1 am :/. Feel like I'm in a relationship that's lost it's spark and I'm trying desperately to make it work.

OT comfortable with 6 hours sleep and 3.5 OC 40s and 2 oxynorm 20s, done my morning errands, got some notes at campus, dropped my car off for repairs and all before 10 am.
 
gonna boot up some more morphine and eat, oh, i dunno, maybe 50mg of valium to send me away to that special place, being friday night n all.

the night of my week/end where i get the most shitfaced. so may as well do it right, right? of course!
 
well, whacked the 200mg morphine. so thats, what, half a gram or so up the arm.

and around 100mg valium altogether with the 50mg that just went down the hatch with a swig of pineapple juice.

laying back, comfy as all fuck, euphoric and sedated out ma mind.

FEELS MOAR THAN AWESOME, MAYNE!

You always make me feel better about my pain meds use :D

I wish I had some morphine to stick in my arm too.

I toyed with buying gear (syringes and cotton wool) to shoot my oxy (my oral tolerance is ridic) but having heard from so many people it's pretty pointless and won't help my tolerance situation(long term), I decided not to, so many people can't all be wrong hey ?
 
haha, thanks...i think :P

youre getting the most from the oxy orally. instead of needing like a 10mL luer lock barrel with the dose youd need, having no rush or legs to it, the oxy. the opposite to the much chased reasons for injecting drugs.

stick to oral, bro, otherwise garunteed let down. and youll be heightening your already massive tolerance for no good reason at all.

if like you say it was morphine, then yeah, id say giving an injection or few would be worth the experiment.
 
all that comes from a long term addict of both oxy and morph, switching back n forth between both as desired.

when i NEED to halt iv use i switch back to oxy as i use orally and limit my iv use to oxy as i BARELY enjoy it, never really tempted tn bunt it cause its shit and oral takes the cake all round.
