60mg temazepam, 60mg hydrocodone, 4mg alprazolam, 5mg lorazepam, 20mg zolpidem, 8mg clonazepam, 900mg phenibut, 300mg pregabalin, 200mg diphenhydramine, 40mg amitryptyline, 150mg DXM, 25mg diphenoxylate(a weak opiod used to treat diarrhea, though it hasn't helped me), and 800mg cimetidine+grapefruit juice to potentiate it.


Gonna be taking hits of a strong synthetic cannabinoid blend when this has fully kicked in.
 
Damn in the end I managed to consume almost whole bag of 4-FA, so about 800mg.. I don't get how, I haven't taken amphetamines for months so I forgot how addictive they are..
Still feeling pretty good though, surprisingly no rapid heartbeat or other unpleasant physical signs.. just waves of euphoria in my face.
But we'll see tomorrow 8( :D
 
I gave my dealer a ride for free yesterday and today I bought 3 bags. I guess he really appreciated the free ride because these are some potent fat bags. Just two lines, and 50mg of Hydroxyzine (great opiate potentiator!) has me in a good nod. One more line and i'll be crawling on the floor haha. Glad I finally got a hold of some hydroxyzine because it's probably the best potentiator i've ever had (benzo's back when I had no tolerance were probably a bit better tho). Fuck man i'm gonna be high as a fucking kite for the next few days.

As for me... I am just tired, 10mg of oxycodone to get me to sleep.

Lots of boring orientation stuff @ my job... had to participate to keep from passing out face first onto the table from boredom... have to do it all again tomorrow... apparently they are feeding us breakfast and my stomach can't take food so early in the morning & when I'm just on this side of dope sick... fuck

Dreading having to eat tomorrow morning... #firstworldproblem to the max... I'm such a piece of shit...

I went to work on Monday and Tuesday dope sick and it was shitty but honestly it's better to stay occupied while going thru withdrawal. Time go by faster, eventually you will make money, and then you can buy a bunch of dope at once! Then work starts to become somewhat fun and you will feel sooo good taking a few lines of dope after a long day at work. Even though here's a tip that I learned the hard way: use up all your dope before Friday night so you can get w/d's over with during the weekend.

Edit: Also, i've never understood "opiate rage". Why do I get angry and irritated at everyone when i'm feeling great on opiates? It's so ironic because when i'm sober and nice to everyone at all times. But you get some heroin into me and all of a sudden I become an asshole. What a weird side effect.

yeah hydroxyzine is bitching! much better than DPH if you can get it... i am jelly of you right now, haha...

ehh...I just noticed that hydroxyzine gives me very bad urinary retention :\. I mean I normally get it anyways when i'm on opiates but hydroxyzine magnifies it ten-fold for some reason. DPH doesn't do that...so don't be tooo jelly of me right now. It's still fucking great but this weird side-effect is making me rethink using it all the time (my friend gets it from his doc every month and just gave me all of his for free yay!).
 
I wishi could get ahold of cyclizine (I haven't found any OTC anywhere), or hydroxyzine. Orwell a little kpins and diphenhydramine has worked. Gotta take a break from the H for a while anyway. Only using it to help make sure my script last the full time.

Yes, I know. I have a nasty natural tolerance to benzos, zolpidem, and many other sedatives. The first time I had a benzo was when I got some diazepam/Valium. I took maybe 20mg and was feeling little about 90 minutes later. I ended up using 100mg of it and it still wasn't a strong high.

I envy those who can take 2mg alprazolam and have a decent time. I need more like 10mg of that before it starts to get good. I may have a bit of physical tolerance now as well because I have been using them daily or almost daily for a week or close to it. Generally I need really large amounts even if I have abstained for a couple of months.

For some reason, I do not have that natural tolerance for phenibut, pregabalin/Lyrica, or gabapentin even though they work in a similar way.

If I need sleep, trazodone, tricyclic antidepressants, Seroquel, and clonidine work better than benzos, phenobarbital, or zolpidem/Ambien(and other benzo like Z drugs)
 
To Cloudy:

Of all the antihistammines I have tried, hydroxyzine is significantly better for opiate combos and is slightly pleasant alone.

Orphenadrine is the one I really want to try. It can supposedly cause slight to moderate euphoria on its own and is good mixed with opiates. I'll be getting some as soon as I can afford it. It is not hard to find, though hydroxyzine is easier to find and priced lower.
 
I could have expected that taking such amount of 4-FA will leave harsh comedown.. real bad. But hey I got mxe so I went directly from the evil speediness to the cartoon-robotic mxe world.. seems to work fine :D
So in total, in last 24hrs:
~800mg 4-FA
-1.5litre of rum
-3 little hash joints
-50mg mxe

No idea what day I'm going to sleep though!

Heh, first time I had a box of benzos it was flurazepam 30x 27mg, I ate them all in 2 days and I wasn't that high either. I too envy the people who can get high from 1 bar or a single bromazepam 12. I used to say fuck it and drop huge doses of like 6 kinds of benzos, once the phys. addiction catches up, these doses are far from a joke though. But I'm guessing you know that.

ot: 7.5mg diazepam, might take some tilidine later.
 
took 10mg of methadone in the morning just not to feel withdrawal. and then...
well, i thought i will hang in tight but i eventually i.v.'ed 80mg of morphine sulphate (that'd be ~60mg of pure morphine). oh God how i forgot how this high feels, how it wraps you around in a cocoon, the whole body, and the rush, nothing compares to the "mother" of opioids. amd i had my toleranfce go down a lot. When it hit me i had to lay back acause it was so intense.
