Only took 20mg of methadone yesterday so took 40mg today. Oral once again. I really need to get another 1-mL oral syringe so I can nasally administer a filtered soln. of the pills.

Also took a bit of amps but last dose was 1:00pm (8:30pm now), and smoked the combo of AB-001 and UR-144 a couple times today.

Totally wish I had a cig right now, but probably good I haven't touched a pack for about 6 days. I smoked a fair bit while on vacation but no more vacation.
