My all time favorite combo

A joint of awesome sativa with a friend
15 mg oral oxycodone
15 mg oral temazepam
25 mg oral diphenhydramine
lots of cigarettes, and half a can of coke =D
 
It was in two halves one shot then another an hour later. I was fucked up.
 
I wouldnt say im high but im still affected from last nights meth shooting binge. I managed to do maybe a bit more than a gram in 5 shots, the first one was smaller than anticipated so I had to have another, its a bummer when that happens coz you dont get the big rush which kinda defeats the point of using IV :/

Im starting to use meth a bit more than what im comfortable with so im thinking I might settle right down and if I do have it ill smoke it from now on. Looking at my friends after theyve been using for a few days makes me a little sad and very weary of what meth does to you, the weight loss and everything else. Im kind of starting to look bad and im kinda wishing I could do opiates for awhile but im on methadone so yer...

Does anyone know if its true that you wouldnt feel a shot of heroin(or you'd only slightly feel it) until after the methadone WD's are over, not when the methadone WD's start like I previously thought?
 
35mg dexamphetamine during the day... 10mg valium and 12 beers at night... meh
 
60mg morphine sulfate orally.

Not the most efficient ROA but I have no opiate tolerance, and it had me as high as a kite... and puking all over the place :\
 
- 30 mg OxyContin (snorted)
- 100 mg Methylphenidate (snorted)
- 200 mg Codeine (swallowed)
- 30 mg Diazepam (swallowed)
- 10 mg Temazepam (swallowed)

Some "Mansion House" Scotch Whisky and a fat Sumatra Young Selection Corona cigar filled with Strawberry Haze, which is a new strain for me and if you have smoked Arjan's Haze strains before you will find this to be an excellent and very potent bud. A+ quality really but €75 for 5 grams is sucky... :(

Time for PS3! anyone know if Alone in the dark or Mercenaries 2 are any good, I hope so... =D

180mg's of MScontin taken orally and 8mg's of hydromorphone IVed. Since the hydromorphone has worn off im going to have a final shot of the night and it will be 12mg's of hydromorphone :) .
 
Smoked a bowl in the bong about 5 hours ago.

About an hour ago I took 4 x 5mg percs and 0.5mg of clonazepam.

Just put another 0.5mg under my tongue.

Will blaze + nod to a cig soon.
