Ended up not being able to get into detox today, but I've got my appointment to get assessed is already scheduled for tomorrow so I decided I'm going all out today. I've already smoked a gram and a half today (started around 10) so I'm currently fading in and out of consciousness, and I've got an untouched gram just waiting to be inhaled.

I hope they have cable in the detox center cuz I don't wanna miss the charger game on sunday

not all that nuts, but then again after stopping with opiates for so long my tolerance has lowered to the point where 45mg hydrocodone gets me quite high.
 
Smoked some White Widow after taking a break in Feb. and smoking once since then

600mg Tramadol trying to get rid of this headache that I've had for 4 days. I need muscle relaxers but I don't know what to say to the Dr. since I've already on K-pins, Tram and Barbs+Codeine.

Anyway, add weed and ginger tea to try to keep from throwing up for a 3rd time.. :(

Who else is BL losing? And thank you for the kind words, I need all the luck I can 'cause all my previous attempts to quit failed miserably and my periods of sobriety were very short. I think only one time was I ever truely sober for more than 30 days (but multiple times I've convinced everyone that I've been clean for over 90 days).

My drug supply has run out but I'm still nodding quite nicely. So nice that Guitar Hero is still a lot harder than normal...

Hopefully I get handfuls of benzos to help with the anxiety part of withdrawals like last time I detoxed, but then again I wasn't detoxing from heroin last time (I actually wasn't detoxing from anything really, they just wanted to make sure that I wasn't going to withdraw from the restoril I had been taking for like a month). I'll probably get some valium as long as I play my cards right, and I'm fairly confident in my ability to do so... I've had a lot of training ;)

Bob, I'm pretty jealous of you being high for 3 hours... I haven't been stoned for that long since the good ol' days when I first started smoking weed, my parents were clueless about my drug use, I had money in the bank and I was free of any addiction. /reminiscing
 
70mg methylphenidate up da nose. Im actually quite surprised, I don't know the great details on methylphenidate but this 70mg insufflated has me in quite the chill mood :) Absolutely no physical stimulation and just enjoying listening to chill beats. Why can't all uppers be like that :P
How is ritalin by your guys standards anyway. and what are good doses. I can access (generic) I assume Ritalin that are 10mg each. These are blessing compared to that goddamn concerta nonsense lol. I've also kinda of researched they can be 'safely' injected (I feel safer compared to the concerta goo, I would never even touch that shit ever again) using all the precautions for IVing pills. I'm going to get my very IV experienced friend to cook me a 'speedball' with some oxy (and yeah, fuck shooting oxy but it's the best we got) and ritalin. what doses would you recommend I start with considering this is gonna be my first speedball of an IV nature. Now I don't IV very often at all, but I do not mind it at all obviously and see it as just another ROA for druqks. 40mg of oxy is more or less my 'sweet' spot: (20 gets me through some bullshit, 30 gets me pretty nice, 40mg gets me very nice and if I hit 60mg then you know it's just been a good (or bad) night lol.

I have experience with IV oxy too anyway so thats not the main question, I'm wondering how much methylphenidate would be appropriate for the shot? I'm thinking 20mg would be a good, noticible start perhaps? The amount of ox in the shot would be 20mg most likely as well. I realized this is week for you dope fiends, but unfortuntaley we all can't score smack just at any intersection :(

75mg Adderall XR. i'd rather insufflate it (after its been broken to dust), but would you guys say its worth it? Everyone says just pop it, but personally I'd like to rail the speed for it's positives, slight rush, shorter duration/shorter 'crash'

Im also quite jealous of bob, damn high for three hours off of one sesh? Not even the best medical cali weed will get me high for three hours off of one sesh. Then again I smoke pretty regularly now :p

The opiate warmth is getting stronger, and Im slowly feeling my body slow down. I think im going to go watch some TV and nod a bit.

edit: stopped after 20mg Hyrdo. Fell very comfortable as is. Might push do the rest in a bit just to keep the high going on for longer.

edit2: now bumped up to 40mg. Gunna go watch TV and wait for the other half to kick and then evetually pass out :)

That movie would be crazy to watch in 3D while on acid, I saw it today (Avatar - 3D too) on 35mg dexamphetamine (meds), a few beers and smoked 3 joints in the movie theatre carpark beforehand with a friend, got pretty stoned - was a great movie, enjoyed it.

Home now relaxing with some more beers and just had 20mg diazepam, still a little stoned too.

I rarely smoke weed, don't like it too much, so I never have any tolerance :). Plus in the past I've always just gotten nice mid. Not anything like that

fixed me a coffee and cigarette, after celebrating getting my DC modstick back by shooting 300mg motphine, 40mg val, 100mg baclofen, and 400mg tram.

time for a wee break again:)
