54mg of methylphenidate and lines off a 30mg adderall and 1mg of xanax. Feel like i shoulda jsut stuck with .5 mg of xanax but im still speedin pretty good.

And i picked up 6 more bars and en eighth of dank nugs. O yeahhhhhhh.

Edit: fuckit im going big on my day off with hardly a amphetamine tolerance. 36 more mg of methyphenidate and booster lines from the powdered adderall 30. Also 1mg of suboxone snorted to try to add some euphoria and dank weed being smoked throughout.

Jesus fuck so euphoric this is carazyyyyy. The suboxone was prol my best decision.

yo sorry man, i just saw your post...

yes, sometimes i feel dissociation from 100-200mgs. the most i have ever taken in one day was 350mgs DXM with 1mg klonopin and atleast a gram of weed throughout the day. i experienced some nice CEV's and the astral plane effect. i saw items on different levels(but it is always very mild dissociation compared to 100mgs MXE). after experimenting with MXE, i have started to appreciate DXM even more. maybe i have good 2D6 enzymes??

DXM definitely helps keep tolerance at bay . most days, i just smoked weed and take 120 mgs (60mgs at 8am and 60at 4pm). sometimes, i run out of money and DXM and don't take it. however, you must keep in mind that i don't use that often. well, i guess i do but if i binge i take a 2-3 week break. usually ill take like 30mgs 1-3 times a week with a bunch of other drugs lmao. i have gotten a good source for MXE so i have been using that alot, probably more than i should lol. after a good MXE trip, i definitely feel a noticeable stabilization of tolerance.

keep in mind that NMDA antagonism to reduce tolerance doesn't drastically drop tolerance, it's more of a stabilization effect (combine with time-off to get maximum effects). don't expect your tolerance to suddenly drop so that you can take 10-20mgs below your dose and still get high.

I went through 55mg of adderalll today, first time ever. The only stimulant ive used for months is MDPV and that only the past 2 days. I just feel alert and calm. Do I have ADD?! D:

If you're using XR, then it's specifically made to improve the therapeutic effects of amphetamine and negate the recreational use.

Either you crush up the balls and decrease the release time, or you're probably not going to feel much more than a slight focus and alertness; given that your tolerance is where mine is at.

Try reading up on potentiating adderall as well. This, in many cases, is a better alternative to increasing the dose.

But in the end the best choice of action is to take long breaks in between stimulant use.
 
135mg hydocodone, 15mg lorazepam, 125mg diphenhydramine, 800mg cimetidine, 100mg trazadone.

Really chilled out and happy. Taking turns holding/playing with my Blue and Gold Macaw and my Raccoon. They are such nice, friendly animals. Also listening to relaxing, happy music that fits my mood. I feel like I am in a cloud of love, warmth, and positivity.

Hey LaCster thanks for the great info, that was more of a response than i was expecting. Im going to have to start taking advantage of it.

Anyways soooooo fugged last night i finished off my concerta putting me up to like 108mg (throughout like 6 hours) added a lil more xanax to take the edge off and even more when it was time for bed. Smoked dro constantly last night as well and also had some alxohol in the mix.

I woke up this morning just seriously like WTF?

Low doses of dxm are great 150mg. is very chilled and you have a fantastic afterglow. There seems to be more side effects at higher doses though. Not sure i want to ruin the experience of it.

Doing some ketamine, poppy tea, wine and lovely weed!
 
Not very high. 500mg of tramadol. I know anlittle more than safe but I think I'll b alright. I just learned that tramadol has a ssri effect as wells opiate. Guess that's why I fell in love with it over summer.

Edit: added 200mg more. My bigges dose yet. Didn't really change high much

Damn i feel like asshole today. I even woke up and right away got a great work out in which usually puts me in a good mood. Then got a coffee, took some ibuprophen and still jsut feel lethargic, achy and unhappy.

I have been using alot of drugs recently and opiates maybe a little more than i should have....but im hoping its jsut from the stimulant binge i went on the other day.

So im taking 300mg of dxm to just feel a lil better. Got some benzos for tonight and some dro so thatll be cool.
 
15mg Adderall insufflated followed by 60mg plugged
Then 5mg Focalin insufflated approx 2hrs later

Quite surprised i'm so motivated and organized like the old days. Especially considering i take Adderall everyday (usu 30mg) - scripted 60mg/day + Focalin 10mg/day... Anyway, time to finish more paperwork etc

Shiiitt, having the dudes number is good and bad. This guy gets FIRE dope. The bags don't look too big, little on the smaller side actually, but they are STRONG. I noticed if I shoot up, it's largely the first hour that is real good and then I want to feel the rush again and get higher, but I'm trying not to shoot too much or too often.

So, I sniffed 1 bag, was feelin' pretty fine and dandy. Sniffing that one bag (of which I didn't even scrape it out yet) was definitely stronger than if I had sniffed one of the blue 30mg oxy IRs. It's hard to compare, but it's definitely stronger (and 1/3 of the price of a pill 8) ). Anyhow, shot up a bag when I got back home and now I am feeling pretty fucked up. Feelin' nice and high, relaxed. That shot had a sick rush too, got my head spinnin' a bit and wow for doing 2 bags I am pretty fucking high. =D Eh gonna have to WD again, but ehhh I'm fucking high man! :D


Edit: Wow, I may actually throw up, which is crazy for only doing two bags.

^ I'm on the amphetamines myslef :) had about 4 decent lines of base. My friends has purchased an oz so i think i'm gonna be binging this weekend ;) Adding in some cannabis (Big buhhda cross critical mass)
Is it me or does speed add to the sort of trippy side of herb? maybe it just gives you the extra tweaky paranoia :P

I'm at 100 mg of Codeine now. I have no tolerance to opiates and have only toyed with lower doses of Codeine than this. Started at 60 mg, waited an hour, then popped 40 mg more. It has been 1 hour and 40 mins since the initial dose and I am feeling pretty good! Not intense or anything but got a nice little body buzz, a slow dreamy content feeling (not exactly euphoria) and actually getting a bit of itch in my scalp. Not bad, definitely a mild drug.
