popped 50mg valium in preparation to spike up morphine - becaused who doesn't love the shit; 200mg

i can definitely feel a much needed nod coming on which is the point of the exercise wish me luck:P
 
I've had 3 pints of beer within the last 40 minutes or so, and I took 2mgs of clonazepam a little earlier today. Im feeling pretty good right now with a pretty euphoric buzz, considering I haven't taken much.
 
Got switched from 15 mg OxyContin to 5 mg Opana ER (didn't know they existed but Oxycodone gets converted to Oxymorphone anyway). :)

Beginning the day with:
  • 10 mg Opana ER - insufflated - 5 mg tablets
  • 40 mg OxyContin - insufflated - 10 mg tablets - original "OC" imprint
  • 20 mg Diazepam - swallowed - 5 mg tablets - Centrafarm brand
  • 1 mg Clonazepam - sublingual - 0.5 mg tablets - Rivotril brand, love the minty taste
  • 40 mg Ritalin - insufflated - 10 mg tablets - Novartis 10 mg IR remain the best

Also smoking a good joint with Amnesia Haze and drinking NRG drinks as usual. xD :)

Wow had a really good night sleep (first in like 2 weeks) the oxycodone (many mgs) and midazolam + loprazolam combo worked wonders, remember not even being able to walk properly when the latter kicked in. As for this morning 40 mgs oxy up the schnoz - feeling freshhh!
 
Had about 15mgs dexmethylphenidate orally, plugged 40mgs 15 minutes after oral admin. and had a 7-8mg bump a few minutes ago. Presently trying to vape the powder, it works but is not cost effective. I just like smoking/vaping stuff I guess.
