pre-medicated myself with 200mg IV morphine and 20mg valium before i go in to get my wisdom teeth removed in a couple hours. was instructed to take my pain meds as i usually would so had no qualms with that; just i'm absolutely starving and nearly fucked up the fasting period by pouring a bowl of cereal - dad quickly said "what the fuck are you doing? you can't eat" so i dodged that bullett.

looking forward to the fentanyl/midazolam combo:D

Taking LSD after opiates and benzos..? No wonder you needed an MG, I doubt I would get very good effects from that... opiates completely kill psychedelics for me.



In other news, I just downed a vodka/lemon juice shot with 20mg OP Oxycontin extracted in it, along with 50mg diphenhydramine and 300mg SJW for potentiation

About to smoke a LOT of Jack Herrer, it's going to be a chill day %)

60mg of Oxy and 2mg Klonopin :D. I got 10 roxi 15's for a nice price. Heroin prices if ya know what I mean haha. I hope this new dude can keep this up because for decent prices I rather get Oxy then heroin. I don't have to worry about the occasional weak bags and more importantly no need to go to the hood! I still prefer the heroin high when the dope is reeeally good but can't complain about cheap Oxy's.
 
On my fifth beer, also got 48mg of codeine in me.

Alternating between watching Trailer Park Boys and listening to some Chillstep.

Got a nice glow going on.
 
1pm: 80 mg oxycodone
5pm: 20 more mg
just a few minutes ago: 20 mg more

3mg of klonopin taken thru out the day

this is such a better high than the good dope i sniffed last night and at half the cost

i've been using opiates for seven years now and have always chased that high, explaining the stupid tolerance

i've never used more than three times in a week and have never experienced anything more than mild ass w/ds

easily my DOC
 
I don't man this Oxy high is nice but it doesn't compare to really good dope IME. Much better then average dope though but I still want to buy a few bags even though i'm loaded with Oxy's right now.
 
Id take dope that was 8/10 and up over oxy any day but its hard to really find consistently good dope and I like the stimulating effects of oxy more so all in all

id take oxy
 
I appear to have to dosed atleast 2mg of acid. Crazy shit lol. (Was the first time dosing from crystal LSD)
 
I'm coming down from being stoned off a nice Sativa... I wanna smoke more. Wahhh.

Here's my stupid take...

#4 Heroin > Oxymorphone > Oxycodone > Hydrocodone > Fentanyl > Hydromorphone > Codeine > Tramadol (all nasal, oral or plugged, not IV'd)
 
Coming down off the dexmethylphenidate pretty damn hard. I took 1mg clonazepam, 1050mgs carisorodal, some valerian extract and antihistamines for extra sedation. I feel stupid but I'm not feeling tachycardia or depression, which is all I was aiming for. I might take a few hits of chronic from my one hitter later when I wanna go night night.

Edit: I just took a couple pulls of some fire. I think it may be in possession of the most skunky sticky icky sativa on the face of the earth.

Yeah I mean I enjoyed my Oxy high...I even got a nice nod going towards the end but there's just something missing for me compared to heroin. Maybe I just enjoy the more sedated high more, Oxy is a much better choice for work or when you have shit to do but at night when I just want to chill and nod out nothing beats good #4 raw heroin. Also, the heroin high kicks in faster and lasts longer but with all that said I still love me some Oxy. It's alot safer to buy and at least you know what your getting 100% of the time. I don't know though man i've just been spoiled by the really good heroin that's been going around this summer, no other opiate compares (except maybe Opana from what i've heard but unfortunately i've never had a chance to try it). Unfortunately, the quality has dropped off in the last week or so :(

Next payday is going towards a mix of oxy and dope. That way if the dope turns out to be average then at least I still have my oxy's. Best of both worlds right there. It would be all heroin usually but I found a sweet new roxi connect that doesn't overcharge like most people (probably because he gets a huge script for it lol). Also, i'm bummed that I spent all my money on oxy's because i'm out of weed and now I can't buy anymore :(. Blahhh...

I smoked like 10 different kinds of Medical weed yesterday with 2 kinds of medical hash and some illegal but still amazingly dank hash oil... so I doubt that lol




Drunk as fuck on top of that oxy.... I'm dysfunctional as heeeaalll, smoking hella dank
