loved the movie, it had perfect pacing and thats my jam. im optimistic about getting off benzos fast, i need to.

smoking weed on ambien sounds really fun.

im about to crash myself here, should have done so an hour ago.
 
1000 mg codeine, a strong coffee. I feel like I've been posting the same stuff in here for months now. Always the same shit I take. Would love some zopiclone right now, though.

@Burnt Offerings: I don't remember, have you used zopiclone as well as zolpidem? I understand that their effects can be quite different, especially in regards to munchies. I feel practically no taste on zopiclone due to its dysguesia, which is actually pretty annoying. However, it is strange indeed. I think in some of my zopiclone'd-out posts in here I explained how I loved the somewhat psychedelia-esque undertone of the experience, and there was also some morphing that I found pretty amusing. But that was at like 10 times the therapeutic dose, so I'm surprised I even remember any of that.

Zolpidem is a pretty weird/interesting drug. I actually think that I enjoy the effects of it more than I enjoy the effects of standard benzodiazepines. It's a more recreational drug than benzos for sure IMO. It has some strong euphoria the first few times that you use it, but tolerance to that develops so quickly that you can only get that effect from it once a day for like a week before you're tolerant to it. Even for anxiety it's pretty awesome. It takes away my anxiety completely. Though tolerance develops way faster than with 'real' benzos. After a few days of using it, it also gives me a pretty strong rebound anxiety the next day.

If you're prone to blacking out; this drug is notorious for it. People who empty their fridge at night for months on end while using zolpidem to 'sleep', and wonder why they gained 30 pounds. Or others who wake up to a half-painted front door, or their washing machine taken apart. With absoutely no recollection of doing so, so they basically think they just spent the night in bed sleeping like a baby. Stuff like that..

There's actually some pretty funny stories about sleepwalking on zolpidem. I'm sure you can find them in no time with a small google search.

It can also be IV'd as it's water soluble. Taken via this roa it produces a kinda weird, moderately strong and actually quite enjoyable rush. Of course all the dangers of injecting pills apply to zolpidem as well. I'd say if you're a hardcore IV'er maybe try it once, but overall oral is the most pleasant way of taking it IMO. It's also by far the best/most recreational of the 3 Z-Drugs (or well, I can't actually speak for zaleplon, but from what I've read it's the least recreational one of the 3).

The downsides of zolpidem are; it's too innebriating to be using it during the day (for anxiety), it lasts only a very short time (Like only 30 minutes from the moment first effects are felt, IME), so it's good for falling asleep, but if you have troubles staying asleep; zopiclone or a hypnotic mid-duration acting benzo are better options. It also gives me one hell of an anxiety rebound. Also the very real possibility of black-outs on this stuff. And while it rids me of anxiety entirely, in a whole different way that benzos do, it's not really suited for combatting anxiety due to the short duration & rebound.

So yeah, I prefer benzos over zolpidem pretty much always. On the rare occasion I come across it, I won't turn it down though. But as a daily medication it loses its appeal really quickly.

So far my novel on zolpidem. Lol. =D

OT: I did a 240mg oxycodone shot. Maaan that packed a punch. Send me to noddyland instantly and it took me a good while before I was able to type again. =D Good thing I haven't taken any benzos today or I'd be out cold most likely. ;)

Feels damn good though. So euphoric! :)

Just wanted to share something I learned while smoking dmt a few minutes ago.
1)Its necessary to take a few deep breaths before doing something important.

2)Even if your throat hurts like a motherfucker don't give up because the best is yet to come

3)While you're at it, live it to the fullest, learn everything you can and don't think about your everyday worries because they're irrelevant.

4)Be glad you had the courage to do it and enjoy the wonderful sense of satisfaction.

5)Repeat?

Take it as you like.

I've always found it hard to describe a DMT trip TBH.

Well I don't know about a hardcore IVer (hehe), but I'm definitely a slammer. The only pills I've ever shot were the 60 mg morphine IR tablets, and I thought that was pretty sketchy at the time (those pills were awesome, though...scrap off the coating, heat them down in a spoon until you have a solution resembling pure water, filter, inject...*BOOM*)...I actually think it was all the dire warnings I've read on Bluelight regarding injecting pills that kept me away from it.

Little ol' health conscious me will stick to shooting the stuff that's meant to be injected, like street cocaine, crystal meth, tar heroin & fentanyl 8) "OH SHIT, YOU GOT SOME CHINA WHITE? LOAD THAT SHIT UP INTO A RIG, BRUUUTTTHEER...oh wait, you want to shoot some oxy? Don't do that brah, shooting pills is no bueno!"

If I had some micron filters out here I might try shooting zolpidem as a "one off" type experience. I'm a needle freak but strangely enough I've never felt much of a desire to actually shoot up my prescription. I toyed with the idea recently of buying some tianeptine powder online and having it shipped to me (unable to acquire illegal drugs currently), but I know I'd just end up shooting that up & that would probably sabotage my efforts to cease being a drug addict. :\ God once you start IVing you just become obsessed with it, it's so sick...

No, I've never tried zopiclone. I'd like to check it out if given the chance, though...that and zaleplon.

Yeah I was on MMT for like a year, about two years ago or longer. Worse kick I've ever went through, just coming off a daily dose of 70mg. I almost got back on it, but I much prefer the convenience of outpatient BMT/Suboxone treatment. Even though the law is that I have to attend an 8 week intensive outpatient program... which is fucking lame.

OT: 4mg buprenorphine x 1600mg gabapentin x 25mg promethazine + Ashwagandha + 200mg L-theanine

drinking a nat ice tallboy or two, took a long nap earlier which was nice. i wish it wasnt so cold out, 48F in june blows.

Ian McShane is so awesome in that show! But well, I love him in anything.. Such a shame it ends so abruptly due to it being canceled. Even though it has a 9+ (iirc) score on imdb! Not too many shows get that kind of score. Part of me still wishes they reboot it some day or at least make a proper ending to the series.

OT: OC.. =D watching more true blood. I don't particularly like 'Sookie' Anna Paquin 'Stackhouse', but I guess she's alright for her part. Her brother, Jason, is hilarious though. I'm jealous of howmuch hot girls he gets to bang though, hah. =D
