I did quite a bit of meth late last night "because I took dxm early last night" and then again this morning. I had to take benzos cuz I was overamped. I can't take the lack of sleep anymore.

My intake for today and later on tonight has been the following: -

• Meth, don't really know how much, I snort it.

• 450 mg Wellbutrin.
• 4 mg Dilaudid, I'm freaking out cuz I'm low on it.
• 4 mg Klonopin.
• 400 mg Tegretol.
• 50 mg Dexedrine Spansule.
• 10 mg Abilify.
• 100 mg Codeine.
• 2 capsules Phenibut.
• 20 mg Lexapro.
• Godfather OG Kush Indica Vape Pen.
• 40 mg Valium.
• Aloe Grape Nicotine Vape Pen.
• 200 mg Seroquel.
• 10 mg Ambien.

I decided to skip the edibles today, as my tolerance has become unbelievable.

Hoping to get some decent sleep tonight, as I have to take my son to a soccer game tomorrow morning. And I don't wanna do meth tonight or tomorrow morning, want to give my body a break, even if it was a short one. I need it as my wife has been asking me all day why I'm so wired.

I recently acquired a decent vial of Ketamine. There's like 2 grams of Ketamine in it. So that's a lot of individual doses. Might stop meth for a while and dabble with K instead.

Went to the neurologist yesterday, apparently if I want to stop taking Tegretol "as discussed with my family physician who referred me to the neurologist", I have to get a brain scan, an EEG, and if the neurologist is ok with their results, we start tapering. I'm not sure I want to pursue this as he told me the law dictated that I handed in my driver's license for a period of SIX months! I can't go that long without driving, I have a job and a family.

Anyways, my intake for today has been the following: -

Got f all to do today and a little cash in my pocket so have just been to buy some weed and thought fck it so got two score bags of scotch brown H so have insulfated half of one of them and smoking a cigarette in the garden. Going to chill for half an hour with the all important mug of tea and enjoy the buzz for a bit then going to tidy up the house as Iv feck all else going on today
Stuff’s actually better than usual possibly because Iv just been sticking to my oxy the last few weeks and getting my weed elsewhere so the temptation wasn’t really there
I know the saying you can lead a horse to water but you can’t make it drink. Well if the water isn’t there in the first place. God I hope they stop dragging there heels against the inevitable and get the weed legal.
Still though I must admit I do enjoy the odd bag now and again but this will be my last blowout for a while at least

Thank you so much. I was told it would be 3 months until I could walk again after surgery, which was the 8th I believe. I have a follow up with the surgeon on the 19th and an appointment at a pain clinic on the 22nd. Hopefully the healing will look good at that point, but I know I'll need some sort of relief, this injury will cause me lifelong pain likely.

That would be nice. I'd be happy enough with tons of lyrica/gabapentin or Flexeril. But some serious opioids would improve the quality of my life to no end. If I'm not able to get more opioids I am going to get on maintenance on Suboxone or methadone. It's frustrating that opioids are so demonized, as out of all drugs I've used, they've given me the least problems. Stimulants and alcohol on the other hand ...

And I actually nodded on the laptop for a minute! I can also feel the synergy with ice. I believe I will redose probably a couple of more times, same ROA. Pretty happy right now!

It's highly unlikely but I believe that u can ask for more painkillers. When I had my hernia surgery, it was almost midnight at the hospital the night before the surgery. I asked the resident doctor for something to help alleviate the pain and help me sleep. He was gone for a while I thought he just ignored me, only to come back and inject me with Pethidine "yes, I am that old".

Update: took additional 50mg Dexedrine, vaped some good Lebanese Hash, 600mg Gabapentin, 20mg Lexapro, plugged additional 12mg of Dilaudid, and ate some additional benzos. Man I fell in love with the rush I get from plugging Dilaudid "of couse nothing like IV, but still better than snorting it". I'm low on Dilaudid anyways so wtf am I doing. At least I know for sure now that I won't be doing meth for at least a few days, that's good, right?

Tonight I will take my scripts, plug another 4mg Dilaudid, eat some more benzos, take 100mg Seroquel, and take 10mg Ambien before bed.

My throat is very sore, so I took a smaller dose "75mg" of DXM. Shouldn't affect me much but would definitely help with the cough.

I will also take 20mg of Cialis tonight. Gotta try and compensate for meth sex "I don't necessarily think anything will happen today as we're both sick".

Found 50mg of Tramadol, took that too. And also found 300mg of Gabapentin; took that as well.

Feeling better than I did this morning. That's when my meth craving was the worst.

Haven't had any alcohol in ages, and even though that I really feel like having a glass of red wine, I'm gonna pass as alcohol doesn't usually work well with a lot of the stuff that I use.

I was checking the mail and found my order of various strain/flavor thc vape pens. Even though I decided not to eat any edibles today, they sent me gift items with my order, including 3.5 grams of OG Kush, a pre-rolled blunt, a gram of concentrate, and (10) 15mg thc gummy bears, so I ate them all. That's 150mg, which is about 10 - 15 % of my average daily intake, but oh well. My other package is still a few days away, and honestly that's the package I am really waiting for as it has the sweet goodies.

So I decided I wanted to plug each pill alone, so I plug one, and by the end of it I find my 4mg Dilaudid powder left in the fucking toilet, it got there somehow, I am so fuckin pissed! Pissed to the point where I might plug the 4mg, which is all I have left.

Gotta make a decision, plug the only 4mg I have left and get a decent high, or just leave the 4mg for tomorrow, as my goodies haven't arrived yet?
