Fair to middlin'. Smoked s bowl a few minutes ago, nice buzz but still reminded how I need a tolerance break. Which is probably about to happen whether I want it to or not lol. Took 80mg methadone about 2 hours ago so just leveling out nicely on that as well, with coffee and tea and a pack of double stuff oreos to attack here soon. Again lol.

Still pretty stoned and very nicely opiated from the 120mg methadone earlier, just chilling and drinking coffee, contemplating a nap. Might just kick back for a minute and ah, rest my eyes.

A total of 100mg methadone with 450mg pregabalin is killer for me so far. Happy my gaba tolerance is low and it synergies nicely with methadone.
