Woke up for the sunrise about five thirty and have been going easy this morning
So far 180mg oxy
3400mg gabapentin
Few cigarettes
Still got another 180 oxy il hit before I leave for work around noon and a good amount of stardog weed il take with me and vape for pain related issues as the day goes on
But for now I’m just chill as fck enjoying a cup of tea 🍵 and watching how close ww3 is on the news

Doesn't the grapefruit inhibit the conversation of codeine to morphine? Or am I mixing that up...

No, codeine is metabolized by two enzymes (or whatever they're called) one coverts it into morphine (about 10%, which is why codeine is 1/10th the strength of morphine) and the other just gets rid of the rest (sends it to liver or kidneys). Grapefruit inhibits that latter enzyme allowing a higher rate of it to be converted into morphine.

Still feeling wide awake, or maybe the word is refreshed from 100mg Modafinil yesterday.

Rare day to have doing morning and everyone is away so took the last of the benzo’s and 300mg Pregabalin capsules I have. But recently picked up my script off 150mg and 75mg so all good that end.

Can’t afford to keep buying street crap to be honest. Not worth it.
 
In my personal opinion, pregabalin sucks once my tolerance gets to about 900mg, then the positive fx decline so quickly.
If you're prescribed them and need them daily, fair enough.
From my experience with 300mg caps, I'd take 600mg a a day, then by day 4-5 there'd be no fun to them.
Sounds like you might need them daily though. Also we're the diazepam bensedin? If so, I think theyre underdosed if real, or often flu/bromazolam.
 
Pretty new here so hope I’m able to help with some on hand info. I’m on relatively low level oxy like 100mg/day I find I can go back and forth between oxy and bupe interchangeably and even mix and match without withdrawal symptoms or either not working. (4mg bupe sublingual) I have been told over and over by people and the web that if I take bupe with oxy in my system the world is going to come down but it’s just not that way. At least for me. Same side of that I help someone out regularly who is on like 240mg oxy/day and when they run out and get the leg shakes an 8mg bupe stops them right now
I’ve been told by other people in pharmaceutical’s that you can have been taking full agonists then switch in the partial and do alright but going from the partial with it still in your system will give you a reduced agonist and possibly a little leg pain at first but just haven’t seen that really be a thing in my circle

That's interesting, from what I heard from one of my coworkers that has bipolar. She said that it knocks her out she said she slept hella long.
 
Tonight trying some Bromazolam from a different supplier and I'm not quite sure if it is bunk or not. Could just be delusions of sobriety. Regardless, since I have a tolerance to tapentadol and carisoprodol I decided to take 100 mg tapentadol and 1000mg of of the carisoprodol.

I graduate tomorrow as an official cable technician, celebrating with some under-dosed pain-o-soma 500mg's about 1g total, some bromazolam 2.4mg, and one tab of 100mg Tapentadol.
