30mg hydrocodone, 20g kratom (gonna add another 10g), 2mg clonazepam, 1.5mg alprazolam, and a Vanilla Porter beer (I think that is the flavor). Also 480mg Seroquel XR.
Man in the Dark and consumer:
I get telepathic messages just by tapping on the wall, the tapping becomes words and so does just about every other sound I make. I can converse with them back and forth, so that is how I know there is telepathy involved. One night a ghost like shape hit me and all kinds of lights started dancing around in my head (as opposed to the normal slow moving green lights I have always had/have had probably most of my life), my pulse went immediately to 130s from normal, and the ghostly shape moved on to attack one of my pets who has repeatedly been attacked with some power that caused his body to swell and feel like there was water under the skin except the worst time when it was pressurized inside to the point that it was too hard to press, and I have been attacked in other ways that cause my heart to beat very fast and make sounds of words, going from normal straight to that. And I am not the only one who hears the sounds turn into words. I can occasionally hear actual voices of the angry ones who claim to be family members. All of this started while I was in a mental institution full of telepathic people and before that I did not hear these things or have problems with my pets or I being attacked. My mom has the power to rapidly (a minute or less) reverse the swelling of the body my pet when he is attacked. I supposedly have the power to spread infections and understand some animals (only one species I know for sure but I think two - but other people can use the sounds they make when they move around to talk through their bodies. One of them used to be able to predict the future and forecast/view future weather and send me the info but now too many people are interfering for me to tap it out and know which forecast is real. And I am sober (except for opiates and benzos) when it happens and the telepathy goes on all the time. And the internal sounds in my body are another source for words, my heartbeat talks to me, my bones make words, chewing on food makes words and sentences and they are generally not nonsense random shit.
If you haven't tried tapping something or scratching on fabric to make words come out, try it. If you can't make it happen on its own, think about what you want to say and you may be able to get the words to come out in the knocking or scratching by forcing your own words/thoughts through. Don't tap too fast and try varying the speed every 15-20 seconds to get it right.
Update:
Had 3g phenibut and 30mg prochlorperazine and 80mg Latuda and a smoke. Gonna smoke another cigarette and have half a cup or a little more of wine.
