20mg dextroamphetamine, 20mg Prozac, and now an organic cig and black coffee. Just starting to feel the former two. Its awesome that an SSRI and amphetamine together basically make one drug which has the positives of both and lacks many negatives associated with each.

The 25C-NBOMe peaked and is at a plateau. I IM'ed 180mg bk-MDMA in two doses over whatever timeframe it was. I think I'll IM another half mg of the 25C-NBOMe. It is a good substance, really good effects, but I am maybe a little insensitive to it as most people find 1mg very strong and I am not out of my mind yet.
This feels really good! Not affecting blood pressure much 148/92 pulse 81 - it was like 165/100 yesterday and all I was on was hydrocodone and benzos. I was having a panic attack at the time though. A cosmic love is radiating from another dimension in space into my body and radiating outward from me. I am like a black hole.

My mom came in and told me some things. I kept asking if I was different people and she told me my name when I asked If I was hitler. She didn't know who the other people were or did not consider it important until I asked that. She told who he was and he was an asshole much worse than I could ever aspire to be. She explained some other things to me and seems to think it is funny or something. I am not sure what our relationship is but she knows who I am and things about me and she told me that my emotions were real and that they were not false and that love was real and that I am in the right house.
I still don't think I understand but at least I know nothing bad is happening and she says I am happy because I keep laughing and talking about loving things, including her. I think I could easily become just as confused again though.
The man on the couch was my brother.
The thing making noises trying to get under the door was my raccoon. I still don't know who I am. She told me but now I don't remember which name is mine. I do have a sequence of events that were planned and one of them was injecting this other shit into my leg. I don't remember what I was going to do first though.
Just in the last minute or so my understanding has cleared and I know I am tripping and this is normal. I also think it will be fun to inject the MXE.

man, please be careful with the IV coke, .3 of IV coke is a lot for your stim tolerance (you take like 20mg vyvanse and get spun last time I asked you), IV coke ruined my life for a year and a half man, no other drug has ever affected my life as terribly as shooting coke did for me.

Yeah, don't forget the weed. Golf course is fun either way but add oxy and weed and I don't mind it at all. Tonight: 250 mgs oral morphine, a 50 ucg per hour 8.(something) mg duragesic fent patch chewed and bucced around with for like 15 mins, 1 mg xanax, 140 mg oxycodone(since 6:45 am this morning), feeling good !!! Tiredness erased, still waiting for the fent high to increase, it's been steadily slowly, it certainly isn't the grand daddy of opiods i thought it was (chewed and buccal ROA on a see through (mylan?) patch anyway).once that's plateaued some more oxy probs snort some IR's or pop, am more partial to oral oxy now by and large like to get value from every mg.
