110mg of 6-APB, 3 hours after that another 100mg.
Flying high.
But need to order more damn, until my favorite vendor stops offering this powder. He says that pellets are more popular lol, people are stupid. He only offers no more than 10g at once, while pellets I could buy 500-1000 at once ha. Not saying I want this absurd amount, I'm not that fucked up (yet :) )
 
^ whenever I pick of a script (even if I'm not really getting high, just a buzz) I get sooo fucking excited and if I'm starting to WD, the WD starts to fade. I can't wait till monday when I can pick up 900mg of methadone. Yummmy. Gotta be real careful with my dosing as I'll be on a cruise right before I need to get my refill again, and I'm not trying to WD on the cruise. That would be a lame time.

Anyway popping another 200mg of tramadol and 500mg of APAP (tylenol)

Man I can't take more than 10mg of Flexeril without passing out for at least 16 hours...
 
Well landed on some bags of heroin tonight... Yeah out of nowhere but this women I chilled with texted me and said she was up from the city over. Asked me if I wanted to drink and maybe do some dope. I decided to do some dope then and got a few more bags of vodka for later but got my drink on too. So now I just snorted a few bags and contemplating on if I wanna pop 30mgs of roxicodone with it but I'm sure ill be good on this dope. Heroin, a love hate relationship.

What. All that with acid? Why?? Coke + acid = not a good time and Xanax + acid = forget that you're tripping and go into a sleep/dream/waking state. That just sounds like a bad time to me.
 
Max doses of two "weak" opioids ftw, together that's as strong as 65mg hydrocodone.

Weak is amusing when it comes to those doses, I was nodding off all day long; not to mention the Camfetamine that kept me up late.:p

Today has been very different hehehe

60 mg. of 3-MeO-PCP - Rectally in 3*10 mL injections; yes I have a very high tolerance.
200 mg. of Codeine Phosphate - Orally
Bowls of some Belgian Cheese - Smoked

That's it besides some water and some bananas, damn I'm quite dissopiated, mmmmmmmm

opioids on the tail end of psychs totally is where its at. Of course with plenty of chronic to help bring out the last of the visuals and mental aspects of the LSD, while the opioids take away any uncomfertable body load. Some are worse than others when it comes to carrying on with a bodyload towards the end of the trip. LSD has atleast 2-3 hours where the trip gets bore and needs weed or something to cut the bodyload down.
 
iv'd 8mg of hydromorphone. Its been a well, not very long, but a few days at least since I've done an opioid, and even that little drop in tolerance made the rush so much better.

also IM'd 50mg of ketamine and am pretty tripped out.

mmm... I gotta say tho, that combo makes ALL the soreness and tenderness of my body melt away into a hazy memory.
 
There is nothing like the combo of a NMDA-antagonist with an opioid. Combine some weed in the mix and its the perfect combo. The NMDA-antagonist helps reduce tolerance or atleast holds it steadier, as well as increases the painrelief pretty signifcantly reducing the amount of opioid needed (not to mention the other types of pain it can help that opioids don't touch). Probably my favorite combo.

I'd love to snort 25-30mg of oxymorphone + 125mg of ketamine + 10-15mg of methamphetamine + .5-1.00g of potent marijuana for the perfect mix.

anyway 600mg of tramadol. I used to love tramadol, but now I have a large opioid tolerance its really only a SNRI. I get next to no opioid effects.
 
Plenty of alcohol :| Countless beers and glasses of wine. My aunt popped open a bottle of cider so I had a bit of that too.
