The colour of the reaction is telling you something.
First off - which kit were you using to conduct the test?
Keep in mind that a mixture of substances will result in a mixture of colour.
Imagine purple mixed with bright yellow (meth) or orange (amphetamine).
Also its important to remember that marquis reagent can be fooled, and numerous substances can produce a colour
SIMILAR (but not the same) as MDxx, and might lead you to think it is fine when it really isn't.
Ideally, if you don't have one already, get an E2 kit.

If you're in the US, dancesafe would be a good idea if you're really unsure of this pill.
Johnboy can answer questions about testing in Australia, and I would be happy to answer testing questions on the UK.
aj would be best for explaining the Dutch testing services.
I guess my point is, if you're not comfortable with the test results, obviously you shouldn't take the pill (though it seems people still take ones that test poorly), but you should also consider having a lab analysis done wherever possible. That way, of something were actually wrong with the pill, more people could be made aware of the accurate lab results.
