Just wondering about what you said to Pagey about the methadone or bupe...would it be longer (PAWS) simply because they are longer acting/longer half life drugs or is there some other reason?
Yes, I asked because the acute withdrawl from Bupenorphine (and iirc also Methadone) usually lasts longer than the short acting opioids.
So the PAWS-phase should theoretically linger more too. Can anybody confirm this?
And I agree on Promethazine and the worsening of RLS it can cause. Ironic if one takes it for sleep.
