Do you work out heaps?
Watch everything you eat?
Detox as regularly as you can?
Or just take heaps of drugs and party a lot?
I have found being in my 20s i have had to watch what i eat more and more as the years go on. It's annoying the hell out of me because i have gone from eating anything i want and remaining a good small to medium size, to now struggling to maintain that and tend to easily lose track of it all and before i know it, i can't fit into my Aus size 10 pants anymore!
I tend to have a good detox every few months which wacks my shape back into gear and then i manage to maintain that for a few months before it starts to catch up on me again. I really don't wan't to be one of those people who have to watch every mortal thing i eat to keep slim, but it's looking like i am gonna have to. I am currently detoxing, so for the first time in a while feeling pretty awesome again. I am curious to what others do, and if they enjoy it, find it hard etc etc. I want to see if watching everything you eat gets easier as time goes on... or is it always a constant struggle?? Back when i used to work out a lot, i was in great shape but i don't seem to have any motivation anymore
but either way, my metabolism isn't as good as back then so even if i was working out as hard, i believe i still would have to change my diet.
Anyways, discuss what works for you and if you're happy.
