How do YOU come down?

Can't sleep for shit when I have been on a coke binge with the comedown recently started to take 20mg of Valium and it nocks me out!
 
- Strong Indica-Weed
- Seroquel (lowdosed up to 100 mg it is extremely good for sleeping - using a side effect)
- all benzodiazepines of course, depends on the dose

If it's coke like a fuckin damaged aircraft.

That and mda prolly the roughest come downs I've had out of a slew of substances.

Benzo/opiate is a must.

On the other hand ketamine is something that allows me to go from full hole to buzzin to sleep rather easily, a lil weed and yer done for.
 
When I'm coming down off crack I like a bag o' smack - just seems appropriate.

The general comedown remedy to apply to all such ailments is preferably strong, indica-dominant cannabis, sedative benzos, and alcohol. Any one or combination thereof will do in a pinch, as will substituting other sedatives like promethazine.

Like a bitch, usually.

Though saying that I haven't had a full-on comedown in a long while - if I'm stimming these days I make absolutely sure I have enough gear to completely obliterate the comedown when it presents, and if I don't; I'll keep tweaking until I can score the H/Benzos.

-Lets see, BEST option, impe, is a large dose of Lyrica. I would take around 900-1400mg, then get mad tired, sleep came with ease. Only did it a handful of times years ago to comedown, and while lacking any 'high' I did obtain a rather large sedation factor.
-Second, no doubt, IV Hareon + BZD's. I would take a large dose, wait for the effects, then fire a fat shot'o'dope. I prefer taking Bromazepam to any others, then the elusive Brotizolam (<3) 5 minutes before my shot, as this fucking pill kicks in within 5 minutes..
-Alprazolam + Ethanol
-And if I can't find a goddamn thing, and I'm crashing, I'll just drink it away. It's hard to get started (Coming down from a serious session) but once you get a few brews in ya, it gets easy.. Then fun.

Just curious what dose actually knocks you out? I used to use benzos for this but had some issues with them plus now I'm diagnosed I actually get prescribed Seroquel 50mg XR's. Wondering how many 50mgs to get to sleep after a stimulant session? I only usually take 50mg and it doesn't put me straight to sleep.

I went through 2.5 points of meth yesterday and to come down I used heroin, nitrous oxide and lots of weed and takeaway food. Ketamine and especially benzos are great.

Depends what I'm coming off, but generally alcohol, simply because it's all that's left and I don't care for weed much.
 
Coming down off speed or E, love to have Valium or Xanax, maybe some GHB, and hopefully a shag session or at the very least a masturbation session. The orgasm(s) definitely help relax you.
 
Any benzo I can get my hands on and weed. Sometimes pregabalin, especially if I don't have benzos.

Opiates can work too but I feel like it's a waste of opiates to take them in the middle of a bad comedown.
 
usually any combination of weed, beer, ketamine, and benzos (rarely do benzos though, they make me depressed)
 
For my comedowns my preferred cocktail would be 2mg Xanax or 2mg klonopin, plus cannabis, and a beer or a shot of liqour. I used to be prescribed various different antipsychotics as well and if the crash is bad enough I'll take 10mg of zyprexa. Knocks you out in 30 minutes flat and you won't wake up for at least 12-20 hours. Usually my benzo/cannabis/alcohol crash combo doesn't even put me to sleep. It just makes the crash more bearable.

Oh and cigarettes. Crashing without nicotine is pure hell.

And if benzo's, alcohol, cannabis, or antipsychotics aren't at hand then benedryl, melatonin, or trazadone are my last hope.

I've been trying to nail down a solid comedown method for coke for a while now, but no luck. (Well, there was this one time I took a whole Xanax bar a half hour after the last line, then I showered, and I was able to fall asleep...but I had to be up for work like three hours later, and that day was brain fog misery!)

I've come to the conclusion that weed only gets my wired at best, lethargic and wide awake at worst. So I usually drink some chamomile tea, take a hot shower, listen to calming music, and lay awake in bed, trying (and usually failing) to count myself to sleep. My roommate, on the other hand, is always able to fall right asleep. I envy her sometimes!
 
I'm an ex opiate and benzo addict so they are out of my picture
I normally go with alcohol and weed
I drink until the edge is off and then I smoke and try to get in a happy frame of mind
After a few hours I'm asleep:|
This is after decades of using benzo's and opiates to come down
