How do YOU come down?

Coke/Amp: I try and pop a few benzos if I have them. Xanax bars preferable. In lieu of benzos, I'll pop some zolpidem and smoke weed with a few beers. works like a charm.

Psychs: same story...weed with some xanax or ativan are usually a godsend.
 
weed, lots of benzos and progressive muscle relaxation. haha the pmr is kinda dorky but I like it.
 
Step 1: Jerk it to the weirdest porn you still enjoy (panty-stuffing, etc.). This will be the last creepy stim-induced guilty pleasure.

Step 2: Eat something high in protein and hydrate yourself. Protein's good for drugs that are heavily dopaminergic (like dexAMP).

Step 3: Make a playlist of shoegaze, ambient, pop, bluegrass, etc. OR Put on some Samurai Pizza Cats, 3rd Rock from the Sun, or other easy-watching video.

Step 4: (optional) start sipping on a 22 oz. Blue Moon.

Xanax and pain meds if available! And I wish there was an effective way to shoot Xanax - gawd I wish the FDA would just let evolution take its course and allow stupid people to kill themselves so the rest of us could enjoy everything life has to offer us!

That was how I always did it too, heh. Go go go until my presynaptic neurons look like that sagging pumpkin on my porch and the synaptic cleft is seeing less traffic than the roads on christmas.

..so yea. I popped in here to borrow some ideas. hah.
 
The only stims I've really done multiple times are coke, crack, and e. Coming down off of crack, if i don't have heroin or opiates of some sort I usually feel shitty but weed and benzos help a little. Coke usually weed suffices but opiates can be a treat and make it a nice combo if taken a little after the coke lines. If I do E weed or benzos help alot.

The best thing for a stimulant comedown is seroquel...better than benzos, opiates, ect. Works like a charm
 
^ Agreed. Seroquel is a dopamine and serotonin antagonist, so it basically opposes the effects of meth and other stimulants. You can't get tolerant to it either. The only downside is the horrible zombie-like sedation.
 
Yeah, but the comedown off stimulants is a million times worse.
 
^ The comedown seems to vary for me. Sometimes I'll be horribly anxious, panicky, and even paranoid, while other times I'll just sleep like a baby! It seems to depend on the batch of meth.

Never tried serries to come down with, I have heaps of 100mg'ers, I might try next time if its better than benzo's. Usually i use xanax and lots of it as well as weed of course. I think I use the same comedown regime as most people using uppers han need downers on the comedown. I used to use oxy but this fucking methadone has prevented me from getting high on that.
 
Temazepam is preferred, but valium in large amounts does the trick. Actually, any benzo really does the trick at the right dose.

Personally, I'd start with 50mg's of seroquel and then take another 50 an hour later if you don't feel yourself getting tired. It's quite a potent drug, and like I said, the side effects often last into the next day.

The problem with benzos is that you can develop a tolerance and even a dependence with regular use. That's why I prefer anti-psychotics like seroquel if I need help coming down from meth. Plus, my benzo tolerance is already way too high - if I take temazepam (even a high dose) while I'm on meth, it won't do a thing. :(
 
I would drink water and eat food and try to force myself to sleep or just lie in bed and try to sleep and get up and read.

I never used crystal or large amounts of stims/coke.
 
^ Drinking water and eating healthy food is a good way to replenish your body. You probably won't feel as shitty the next morning if you stay hydrated and well nourished. But lying in bed and trying to sleep just doesn't work when I'm on meth (well, when I'm on a reasonably high dose). It's impossible to sleep while my dopamine receptors are firing like crazy. I either have to wait it out or take an anti-psychotic. :\
 
I agree that benzo tolerance rises quickly. On that note so does tolerance to uppers. So, one should also not take uppers on a regular basis (other than prescribed) or really anything for that matter. "everything in moderation" . Also, as said drink a shit ton of water or (healthy) fluids is very important. Hydration I notice is key.

More on the benzo usage for this purpose-I like to switch them up. Temazepam one night, clonazepam another, then diazepam. Pretty much whatever I'm prescribed or happen to have at the moment.
