How do I approach this man for a threesome?

Well after having much discussion and reading around the idea of swinging and threesomes..
I would firstly not meet him alone, for coffee or anything.

ok...forgot about this post I had made but it turns out after you all had expressed your opinions about the subject, I decided that i would not approach him at all. I ended up leaving that place of employment and I rarely see him now. When I do we say hello to one another etc..but that is it.
