How did you get off your butt today?

~2mile walk in the afternoon, 5km run in the evening. i just finished the latter and on every breath i can taste all the tobacco i've been smoking. sooo gross haha.
 
Grouse grind in half an hour! One hour or so of extreme cardio going up on the Grouse mountain!
 
11km run which incorporated 4 high bridges and at least 10 hills and a few staircases. Finished in under 50 min, proud of myself :)
 
Gym - squats, situp, push ups and half an hour cardio after work!
 
45 minutes weight training despite my mouth and teeth being infected from something...fucking sucks!!!
