day 93/ 238.63 completed miles
1 week left. unless it pisses down every day, the 250mile/400km target should be met with a cinch.

edit: legs day at the gym today, the only resistance training that really makes me drip sweat.

I ran 6.35 trail race with a pitiful time of 1:04:54 by my watch. By mile 3 my groin was screaming so I walked most of it.
Listening to my body feels like failure :( Although the last time I ran was weeks ago. It helps to run the course a few times prior but the pain and the idea that I could fuck up myself further kept me away.

Next 10 K trail race May 4th

Walking aint bad, mate. You know the world would be much better if more people listened to their bodies.

My body screamed as I ran 21.23kms today over two hours. I think this might be too far to do weekly.

nice.

funny, my leg workout at the gym this week made my lower gear substantially more powerful. i was climbing hills fiercely, but my long distance was suffering. i was ahead of my pb until the last 2-3kms, where i died. walked for about 1.5-2kms then hobbled in a lame trot to my front door.

my 100 day total is 255.22miles/410.73kms

Started my morning off with a 45 minute weight training session followed by 30 minutes of uphill walking on the treadmill.

Day 1 of the 30 day squat challenge (50).
My total miles (hiking/trail running) for the 100 miles in a 100 days was 118.56.
It would have be more but injuries happen.

my 100 day total is 255.22miles/410.73kms
Nice work,, Lefty

thanks pi <3 i'll do the squat challenge, but my legs need a little break... like kobe *oh snap*

yesterday did back and bicepts and some abs work. today will be chest, shoulder and tricep day.

Moving heavy furniture and boxes from third floor to car, then from car to second floor. Moving is exercise, I don't give a fuck.
