How did you get off your butt today?

Gave up on waiting for my cough to go away before returning to the gym. Its only been 2.5 weeks but it feels like forever.
Ran.
Push day.
 
Went to Uni.
Went to library.
Went to the beach.
Fell asleep at beach in the sun, listening to the waves. I am sunburnt. But it was worth it, the water temperature is perfect at the moment, it is pretty much like taking a tepid bath.
Came home.
Read through lecture notes.
Emailed my project group about my idea to use a type of mathematical model for our design project.
Facebooked.

So pretty much i've been on my ass all day aside from walking to and from places. I'll go to the gym and Yoga tomorrow.

edit: i passed 300kms, and at this rate i will hit 250miles in 100 days. =D

Cut it a little short with only 35 minutes of weight training today but it was my 7th day in a row of lifting, and I plan on running later. Still feel great tho.
 
11kms (1:06) exactly 6 mins slower than last week.
wanted to do 21 (half marathon) but it was too damn hot.
 
^damn, that's a pretty big block.

today was chest, shoulder and tricep day. :)


can't wait till may, moving to new gym which is much closer to work.
 
a red bull and 2 ciggies, followed by a 1.5mi bike ride to work. Got in the lift at work, a staff member was heading up to the I.T department with me and proceeded to tell me about his PC problem. I said don't even bother, my head is still spinning. Had a breakfast of rolled oats with some protein powder and my brain started to function.
