Cool, i haven't tried it yet, done a fair bit of normal Yoga though. My friends call me Dhalsim

i like it. it is cold as fuck (-40C at times) where I live so I do hot yoga cause I hate the cold.

makes me feel good in terms of mind and body.

Dayum, -40C, where do live Antarctica. I was surprised at how relaxing it was when i first tried it. I felt a bit weird at first but realised i was in a room full of mostly girls, which was even more relaxing.

I often go to the steam room after yoga so might find a bikram place.

i live in Canada. I snowshoe to yoga and fight polar bears with my bear hands on weekend for sport.

And we box with kangaroos in the outback. I did live in Canada for a while though, i liked it there - Whistler Blackcomb. I think it got down to -15C or more with windchill factored.

I'm definitely hitting yoga tomorrow, thanks for reminding me about it, its been a while since i've gone back

Did my squat strength day, which only involved 5 sets of 5 reps - 70kg - 100 - 110 - 115 - 120.

Did some of my pull up program

And some wall handstands for shoulder strength, slowly building to handstand pushups... probably going to take me a while.

prepare for a bunch of guys asking if you need a spot

Eh, they're actually not all bad. Plus I could use a spot some times.

3km walk, 3km run.

Just realised its Orientation Week at Uni and I'll be back in a week. Shiiiiiit. Not only will I have to get off my ass every day but i'll have to stomach final year engineering subjects :|

Get ready to spend a lot of nights in the lab. What's your project?

Not bad not bad. I wish I had done the management minor along with my major.

Today-
Bike
Bench press
DB flyes
DB rows and kickbacks
OHP
Tricep extensions

Yep I love the geotech industry, the project I had during work experience was explosives and mapping blast patterns - we basically got to blow shit up all day for free then study the videos and enter data into excel, whilst on $80G salary. Management is a good idea for any engineer, especially if you want to be boss one day ;)

Uni gets me off my ass, i actually love studying once i get into it. And the social life <3

And what was your major?

hot yoga was great today, I ate a massive salad and drank a lot of water and tea before walking there so I had the energy to kick my own ass.

camel pose still is impossible.

As long as you enjoy what you're studying then its not a chore, and yeah a lot of the engineers I know drink just as much as everyone else (even the FOB's).
I studied bio-systems engineering. I loved it.

Camel is one of my favorite quad stretches after leg day, it hurts so good. I've still yet to try hot yoga, I may drag the bf along to it this week.
