How did you get off your butt today?

pfft is the sound of a scoff.

although i have no idea what it was given for
 
personal training again today... part of it was doing as much sets in 20 mins of the following

5 x 30kg clean and press
200 metre run/sprint
5 x 14kg kettle bell swings

i got through 8 sets.

Squat day tomorrow, hope to hit 125kg.
 
I am pleased to report that I can now do housework without pain (severe groin injury worst pain in my life). I don't consider that exercise however I am excited to move/sleep without pain. I have a group run March 12th. I dropped down to a 5 mile race March 23rd rather than 10. My husband is going to have a shit fit when he finds out I am running.
 
Just a walk...indoors...around a hockey arena haha. walked about 3 hours though. twas nice
 
hit it hard today with 45 minute weight training followed immediately by 3 mile run....probably will do some push ups later

i still looked like a blimp in the beach photos yesterday. shame is a powerful motivator.
hell, i would have kept going but i need to pick the wife up shortly.
 
^Well post in the healthy living photo thread and let us judge you :) My gait is still not normal. No hiking and def no running. You are going to kick my ass in the 100mile challenge.
