very nice legs day

quad extensions (about 70kgs) x 10 x 3
hammie curls (about 60kgs) x 8 x 3
seated calf extensions (about 40kgs) x 15 x 4
seated inclined squats (about 150kgs) x 10 x 3
standing calf extensions (about 70kgs) x 10 x 3
weighted lunges (about 20kgs) x 10 x 6

then spent the last ten minutes remembering how to roundhouse a heavybag. combos up to 5.

feels good
 
Stupid drug binge these past few days has made me completely apathetic. Only went on my hour-long walk today but haven't been to the gym since sunday. I've definitely gotta get myself back on track and hopefully go to the gym again tomorrow.
 
typical chest/tri/shoulder day.

upward inclined benchpress 20kgs plate on each side x 10 x 3 (warmup)
two separate pully fly 18kgs each hand x 10 x 4
tricep dip x 25 x 4
shoulder raise machine level 7(i have no idea what weight) x 10 x 3
tricep pull down about 50kg x 10 x 3
single pully fly about 40kgs x 8 x 3
a bunch of shoulder shit with 7kg dumbells.
 
Walked about 25 miles.
Biked home.
Ate pizza.
Got laid.

Gonna wake up tomorrow and do it again.

Thanks. I think that is becoming my favorite workout, especially since I replaced dumbbell rows with lat pulldowns. I don't think anybody knows how dumbbell rows really work, I see people at the gym, who are relatively well built, rolling their back and kicking their elbows out. I'm not sure what to say. I mean, if I were fucking up on an exercise, particularly if it could be dangerous, I want somebody to say something. But I don't know if everybody feels that way so I say nothing when I see people fucking up. Plus, I'm not particularly built yet so nobody would take me seriously anyway.


Had a leg day today, squats, lunges, calf raises, felt like I was going to die. I need to quit smoking, I think I have myself down to a pack a day at this point, which, believe it or not, is really, really good for me.
 
a big dude helped me out with how to more effectively use the two pully fly machine. now i have the best chest i ever had. :D

edit: today was biceps, lats and back and stomach day.

as a departure from military press i did bench press today. i don't do it often because i have a history of shoulder injuries, so when i do get to do it, it's a treat.

i also did low rep deadlifts and some chinups.
