How did you get off your butt today?

Got a really bad cold so nothing these past few days.


There's a voice in my head telling me to just quit being a pussy and hit the weights already, but I know it's not a good idea.
 
6.3 mile trail run

We added another mile tonight as there was only 4 of us in the group
I fell around mile 4...lovely :)

it's almost ALWAYS a good idea, actually. just keep the intensity at the appropriate level- there's something to be said for sticking to a schedule regardless ;]
/am injured right now but still doin lil-girl workouts pretty much daily. Did a mile today, probably walked 2/3 of it... did knuckle pushups (for some reason those are fine, even tho i cannot even hold my body up right now if my hands are held normally)

JK! CH, for some reason i have a mental image of you being a larger bodybuilding type..is that on-point or am i confusing you?
 
I did a leisurely-ass 1 mile bike ride and enjoyed it so much I decided to ride 4 miles down to the bank. I woulda clocked another 4 back, but I decided to bring the bike in for its complimentary tune-up. Hence, a 4 mile walk home. Very enjoyable.
 
before breakfast (mmm back into routine almost completely) -

30 star jumps
25 knees-to-chest jumps
5 push ups
7squats
7 burpees
5 push ups
25 knees-to-chests
30 star jumps
45 secs wall sit
5 push ups
Thanks Tab - will get it up to 3 rounds once I have been doing a good amount of exercise everyday <3

I was woken up at 3:00 am to the sound of idiots fighting. Walked to the store to grab a pack of smokes, ate a sausage biscuit, had 4 cups of coffee, and now I'm here on bluelight replying to this thread.
 
geeze this thread is always at the top going strong.

Hour weight training. Fuck I need to some cardio...just hate it so much.
 
fuck cardio lol. I'm gonna need a double wide casket for the muscles I'm gonna die with. :P
spent my morning fast walking through downtown st Louis to get to treatment on time since the metro schedules all changed :/
