How did you get off your butt today V.3

I went shoe shopping. Seriously, I hate shopping for shoes, since nothing ever fits, so it felt great to finally get it done.
 
Some burpees and bicycle crunches. Not feeling particularly dandy today so not up for more intense workouts
 
Saturday
9 mile trail run
back work out

Sunday Funday (I don't consider this working out…I call it daily living)
2 hour stand up paddle board with friends
3 mile hike with the dog

Bench, squats and other shit after 13 days off. Didn't lose too much strength thankfully especially considering I thought I was going to have to go to the ER a week ago. It'll probably take about 3 weeks to get back to where I was.
 
530a 4.2 mile trail run
I am done leading that morning group
sleep in more important to me and I am used to fitness after work
