How did you get off your butt today V.3

Bench, overhead press, squats and shit like that. This was supposed to be deload week, but instead I end up maxing out. lol
 
Chest, triceps, shoulders and biceps weightlifting session. I had to combine two workouts into one since I wasn't able to workout in the few previous days.
 
I've been bouldering a few times a week the past few months. Fingers, forearms, core and shoulders getting stronger gradually. Grips I couldn't manage a few months ago are opening up. If I could go everyday I would.
