leg presses and supersetted cable tricep extensions and bicep curls in the afternoon

2 miles of running (intervals on the local track) in the evening

i don't go running often, tonight it was caused by beer guilt.

oh yeah i also walked the dog.
 
Full on cardio and crunches. Weights for tomorrow and hot yoga!!
 
danced round the room for about 40 minutes

I was avoiding doing anything tedious like cleaning.

Oh man, just got back from playing ITG with my roommate, never realized how out of shape I really am!! O.o
Never played that one, I've always been a DDR player. I haven't played in like 2 years, sucks how much skill I've lost...
Needless to say, I can't breathe and it was an awesome time ^^

^Beautiful weather today eh Ebola? I'd love to pay you a visit if not this year then maybe next year once I get more freedom from work.

I did a full body workout for about an hour. Not my best but better than nothing. i had to work over time today so I did not get a chance to work out with my max. I will usually workout for about two hours or so.
 
i call bs ebola. whats that snow-covered peak in the distance? looks higher than where the pic was taken from.

3km dog walk
10 x 50 push ups
 
First run (6km) in almost a month; I bruised several ribs snowboarding in early march which made any sport really painful these last few weeks. Running today went okay though, will try some work in the gym next week.
 
Walked home mostly uphill. Just over 3 miles.
