full body workout which includes cardio, abs exercise, squats and dumbbells
 
A little bit of cardio, crunches, squats dumbbell exercises.
 
solo hill hike on my favorite trail. approx 2 hours of walking and stretching afterwards. it was good to get some sun on my skin. the mental benefits of walking are pretty much the only thing keeping me going right now.
 
Just finished working out in the gym. Did mostly cardio and some dumbbell exercises. Off to hot yoga in less than an hour
