Got to enjoy an early spring breeze overlooking a sunrise behind the mountains this morning

curls for the girls
hanging leg raises

might do more later. been out of the gym too much this week.
 
15 min Nike training abs session
15 min spinning
15 min sauna
 
walked for 45 minutes around the forest.
kicked it in a hot tub for as long as I could stand it.
 
Woke up, went clubbing for a few hours (sober). That was a pretty good workout LOL
