Cardio and crunches

Buty challenfe won't be til monday. I have a gym buddy and we promised to do it together :)
 
Threw a football around, then got on the trampoline a bit!

5 mile run at 430am- 1 hr yoga when i got home from run
Chest Day
-It was supposed to be arms day but alas there was a pair of preening douche bags in front of the racks and mirrors doing a pose off preventing me from getting my planned work out in.... Way i figure it is pose at home, don't fuck my gym time up because you think you look good you don't. this concludes my scheduled rant-

4am Wake up 5mile run 1hr yoga then Gym:
- Before the work out begins I Run on the elliptical machine for 30mins. This if with every work out -

- Warm up -
Push Ups ( Standard) 3 sets 20 Reps
Push Ups ( Geckos) 3 Sets 20 Reps ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gTFK6BkqGkc )

-The Work Out-
Incline Barbell Bench - 5 Sets - 12/10/8/6/4
Flat Bench Barbell - 5 Sets - 12/10/8/6/4
Decline Bench Barbell- 5 Sets - 12/10/8/6/4

Incline Dumbbell Fly - 5 sets- 12/10/10/8/8/6
Flat Dumbbell Fly - 5 sets- 12/10/10/8/8/6
~
Cable Cross Over -5 Sets - 12/10/8/8/6
Dumbbell Pull Over - 5 Sets - 12/12/10/8/6
Dips - 2 sets - Failure

- Another 30 mins on the elliptical

4pm -5pm Krav Maga class with my Gf, followed by 45 mins sparing at home with her ( introducing her to few basics of JKD and Boxing ) She has been doing the Krav with me for 6 weeks now. JKD and Boxing for a bout a year now- proof that she is getting better is the right cross she caught me with that broke my nose, she may be 6 inches shorter then me and only 126lbs but she punches like a dude. I will be taking advantage of the pity sex this evening ^-^
 
Went for a run for the first time since I tore the ball of my foot open about 5 weeks ago. I took off a massive chunk of skin so I couldn't walk on it for about a month while it was healing. I thought I would be SO unfit after a 5-week break but the run felt really good! Yayyyy running =D

Ouuuuuuch! Sounds painful. Well done for getting back on it. It usually is hard to get back on it n you may have some DOMS tomorrow but hay ho DOMS are good.

Thanks lovely lady! Yep I did indeed have some DOMS but pain is gain so I enjoyed it =D

5km run today followed by push-ups, burpees and crunches

Lying Leg raises ( foot straight) - 3 sets - reps 20/15/10
Lying Leg Raises ( foot angled in) - 3 sets - reps 20/15/10
Lying Leg Raises ( foot angles out) - 3 sets - 20/15/10
Body Weight calf Raise - 3 sets- reps 20/10/15

- Work Out -
Barbell Squats 5 sets - reps - 12/10/8/6/4
Leg Press 5 sets - reps 12/10/8/6/4
Standing Calf Press 5 sets - reps 12/10/8/6/4
Seated Calf Press 5 sets- reps 12/10/8/6/4
Lying Leg Curls 5 sets - reps 12/10/8/6/4
Leg Extensions 5 sets - reps 12/10/8/6/4
Seated Leg Curl 5 sets - reps 12/10/8/6/4
Thigh Abductor Inner thigh 5 sets - reps 12/10/8/6/4

Leg day is a heavy day for me and usually ends in me lying down feeling ¾ of the way dead.

Hit the rock gym today for 2hrs of climbing. felt nice to get back in the saddle again so to speak besides I wanted to try out my new harness, before this week ends hunting/climbing trip... Saturday is last day for turkey until the 28th of this month. With luck I will get Thanks giving dinner as well as a few rabbits and a big ass hog for the planned pig roast for next week ends combined birthday parties of a few of my friends and my self.
