first gym visit since before my adventure, so close to two months break. i'm much weaker everywhere except my legs. did all all over workout just to wake up the muscles. felt a bit nauseous at the end.

^^ I'm in the same boat as you mate. Just went for another run and nearly vommed twice haha

are you guys fucking kidding me?..............getting off the couch is the most exercise i can do most days, i need a different thread i guess. i really need to do something though. i need someone close to take me under their wing and knows the shape im in and work with me then. i dont know where to start. ill probably overdue something and have a heart attack or something. i think i better go find a food and vitimin thread first

Start walking. Long walks. Fast walks. Anything as long as you keep it up, the rest will come easy. Form a simple "be active" habit.

Bronte to Bondi walk for the win

I walked from coogee to circular key one morning tripped off my face. I'll never forget that morning walk, set off as the sun was rising and followed the beaches and headlands, then it all got weird and I remember taking short cuts through backyards, over fences, nearly tore my balls off getting my jeans caught on those sharp pointy top steel fences, still got the jeans with a big hole in the crotch, and the hazy/colourful memories. Got a bit paranoid and thought I was being followed or that I'd set off an alarm or something and ended up ditching some ganja I had in my pocket, then realised I wanted that for when I got home, doubled back but never found it. Got to circular key and hopped a cab, then I was like why didn't I get a cab like 10klms ago..and that's my story. The end.

Cool story, bro! Im tempted to reply with a similar one walking from warringah golf course to north steyne tripping balls, but ill hold back
^niiiice. Beautiful day for it!
It sure was! I was lucky enough to have a bikini clad partner with me as well. Small surf, the water is warming up though! Woooo

Lord, please give me the gumption to get out the door, walk on past my truck, across the yard to pick up eggs in the chicken house, turn and look back at how far it is, walk back and get on my oxygen. I would feel better cuz i did it and could say " I walked 200 yards today " and ask myself " can you do it again tomorrow? " That is the shape ive gotten myself into guys/gals. Im not sure I can even do the above, but Ill give it a try! :\

Few months back I trip walked down parramatta road from lidcombe to glebe, then back up Victoria road through silverwater. All night. 48kms.

The tracking map is earlier in this thread I think.
