Sorry to memberate, or should I say post-moderate, but this seems more like a DC topic to me. But I'm not infallible; maybe you guys want this here instead.

I got started on opiates because this kid I knew left two tylenol 4's in my car at school. When I explained how pissed I was because they do random car searches and I could have gotten in trouble, he told me to keep them as a way of saying sorry. I fell in love that day.
Later, I did some research on the internet, and found some hycodan or whatever its called, the hydrocodone pills prescribed for cough, that had been sitting in my medicine cabinet for years. I started taking them before work (at Trader Joes), and I realized they allowed me to work harder and faster, took away any back pain I had, and made me extremely sociable.
Things progressed and I moved from those to norcos to oxycontin to black tar, as my tolerance rose and I discovered tar was incredibly cheap compared to pills. A gradual step by step process, as it usually goes. Now I've been on suboxone for 10 months without slipping. A happy ending!
