I 100% agree with Reanimator, you obviously are in need of longterm pain management and short acting Norco is not usually the best way. If you can see a pain management Dr. you might find they can't help more than a regular PCP They dont only prescribe strong narcotics, but its ok if that's what's needed, every patient is different that's why it's important to talk to a specialist. I was on pain management for many years and there are a lot of things they can do to help you feel better. If your Insurance is limited there are also insurance supplements available to go with you medicade, I have one with my medicare, most are free, you can search it online. I wish you the best
